I would stay there again if we returned to Toronto which is a great modern city with plenty to see as well as Niagara Falls being a couple of hours away. Read less

I stayed in this Novotel for one night. Due to the covid-19 pandemic their service was very limited. Nevertheless the staff at reception was very friendly and courteous! The room was spacious and very clean in every corner! One thing to complain is, that the night table was a bit too far away from the bed. As a member of the ALL loyalty program I… Read more

The room was spacious and very clean in every corner! One thing to complain is, that the night table was a bit too far away from the bed. As a member of the ALL loyalty program I could take advantage of a late check out on the day of departure. The hotel is centrally located just a few steps away from the Union Station. I would choose this hotel again in the future! Read less

Very good and friendly - thanks especially to the bar staff. Great location for the conference centre and Ice Hockey arena. I will stay here again next year. Didn't quite work out the pool and changing rooms but no worries. Nice breakfast. Was quite expensive (probably due to the conference).
