Rooms are lovely. Any staff that I came in contact with were helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. Making this review be 200 characters is annoying and should be changed as soon as possible..........

This is a nice hotel in a great location. My room was fresh and clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Great selection of bathroom amenities and a shower (no bath to step over ✅). Great hotel & rooms and location. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel since February 2019. However, they need to improve the breakfast buffet. The food was cool at the best and the poached eggs were hard. We experienced the same situation wit breakfast in our February 2019 stay.

My husband and I stayed in Toronto for several days and wanted to explore the area. We couldn't read the map of the city and asked a hostess at the restaurant for assistance, Yuli was very friendly and helpful. She also recommended a few places to visit that tourists are not aware of. We are definitely coming back!

The Novotel exceeded our expectations from the wide choice at breakfast to very good wines available at reasonable prices & served by bar staff with whom it was a pleasure to have a chat. Room was good with a very comfortable King bed and the daily housekeeping was of a high standard. Buses & subway are close as well as many of Toronto's major attractions. We dined at the restaurant several times and although the menu may be short, the quality isn't! A final dinner at the nearby Papillon restaurant was an excellent finale. The only shortcoming was the lack of a shower cap when we arrived. We were told that policy required that we had to be one floor higher to get one but the maid got one for us anyway. We would certainly stay there again. Read less
