This was our 5th visit to the hotel and as always it was awesome. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. This is the only hotel we will stay at when in Toronto. This time they contacted us ahead of time to let us know of construction that may have made it difficult to get to the hotel.

We stayed for 1 night only. Close to everything. Super Clean Pretty good breakfast. Nice size pool / Jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Spacious room Bad coffee .. Parking on the area is expensive, no less than 40 / night outdoor or 60 + covered garage.

Our kitchen was dirty, microwave and fridge had food all over them and someone’s used earplugs were left under the bed. The pool was cloudy and there was a constant smell of curry, I imagine from the Indian restaurant next door, also never enough towels in the area Breakfast was awful unless all you want is cereal and toast but when on holiday especially in Canada I want bacon, pancakes and maple syrup very disappointed. Staff where helpful but we won’t return Read less

Staff at the front dest gave us conflicting information and then try to cover up. There are much better options in the same price range in the same area that offer much more. Read less

Very friendly staff, and spacious rooms (2 bedroom). Ventilation could be better (cooking smells) but we appreciated the kitchen and it's worth the trade off. Perfect for a family trip, and centrally located. Breakfast is included, with a lot of variety.
