We booked a suite for 6 family members. When we opened the pull out sofa, we found mouse droppings (a lot!). We were moved to another room. We were only offered $100 off our $1500 hotel bill for our troubles. We were also there when wi-fi was down for 2 days. No compensation for the inconvenience. We were only offered $100 off our $1500 hotel bill for our troubles. We were also there when wi-fi was down for 2 days. No compensation for the inconvenience. We had forgotten our jackets in the closet and they kindly shipped them to us (for $42 which I did not mind paying). However, it was 3 days after we checked out that we noticed we had forgotten them. When I called, they were still in the closet which makes me wonder how thorough they really are in cleaning the rooms. The only thing we liked about the hotel was how close it was to the Blue Jays stadium. Only 2 blocks away. Next time will book an Air BNB. Read less

Before booking the hotel confirmed with the personnel about internet service and told it will be available in rooms or the worst case in the lobby area. Since it was an international travel and had to work on most of the days, internet was a necessary. Arriving at the hotel on Sunday internet was working. But Monday morning on wards there were no internet or sparingly it was available for few minutes. Tuesday and Wednesday, the staff realized and posted the note. Need to use international roaming of the phone data which I am expecting hundreds or thousands of dollar bills from the mobile company as not much alternate arrangements were made believing the hotel. Breakfast area is a mess in the morning. It is a small room for serving breakfast for more than 500 rooms I believe. Except a day(which we come very early) , we need to skip the break fast on the stay. Why don't you guys publish all these details so that the guest will be prepared when coming to the hotel. This is the worst experience in the last 2 decades staying with Marriott. Will Marriott pay for all the lost dollars? What is your difference between a cheaper hotel which is half the price? No internet and no break fast there also :-). Parking is also much higher compared to the other areas. This is a shame to the Marriott properties and will have loyal customers like me to book any where else much competitive in future even in other cities. I am sure at least the breakfast chaos is a daily occurring event which you were not resolving for a long time. Read less

We stayed in one room suite which had a pullout couch for our kids. felt like there was plenty of room, very clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. Loved the central location. Kept our car parked and able to walk everywhere we visited. Friendly staff. Parked at a public lot next to hotel for $30/day compared to $50/valet/day

Without a doubt, one of the worst Marriott properties I've ever stayed at. WiFi was down most of the time, subpar air conditioning in guest rooms (experienced in 2 different rooms, after we were transferred from 1st room due to warmth), safes didn't work in either room, and a very inefficient breakfast queue (if anyone is toasting a piece of… Read more

WiFi was down most of the time, subpar air conditioning in guest rooms (experienced in 2 different rooms, after we were transferred from 1st room due to warmth), safes didn't work in either room, and a very inefficient breakfast queue (if anyone is toasting a piece of bread, then rest of the line waits behind him/here until done --> hire an operations consultant for 2 hours and come up with a much better system). Despite the great location, we will stay anywhere else on our next visit to Toronto. Read less

Also they were not truthful in their saying, one person will say this another will counter what the colleague said so we have to confirmed every thing we need to do. So disappointing. Had to queue a long line for breakfast. wifi was poor, no internet services for 3 days. Had to wait for a long time for elevator. Read less
