The man (I think Everett) in the Club) was also extremely welcoming and made us all feel like a VIP! Get a club room, it is well worth it! A special thank you to Christopher at the valet who actually took a delivery from a lyft for me so that I could attend a function and not be late. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, the staff is great. The brunch (especially the Beef Wellington) was incredible! Even a Kristen who served at our luncheon went out of her way to make us feel special. The video team was prompt and helped make sure our music for the lunch worked. What a staff! What a hotel! Stayed here for three nights. The location is right in the financial district and easy to access the whole of Toronto’s attractions and restaurants. Rooms were a really good size with all the usual amenities (robes, hairdryer, coffee machine etc). Staff were very friendly.

Has the most wonderful experience for High Tea at the Omni, the service was spectacular. Our server Kenny who made sure we were looked after, enjoyed our afternoon to the fullest. Tea and accompanying goodies were delicious.

The location is also good for sightseeing at Hockey Hall of Fame (right across from Sony Center). The room was large with two beds, plenty of room to move around. Bathroom was split so sink outside of the shower/toilet area, which is handy for two sisters trying to get ready at the same time! Everything was clean and comfortable. No noise from other guests or the street. There were weddings going on in the reception area and the waits for elevators were often long while waiting for swarms of other guests to move about, which is kind of a pain for other guests. The buffet breakfast is wonderful and worth the price. Also drinks and apps in the bar were great too. Service was always prompt and friendly across the board. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Terrible Beds

May 14, 2019 Relax40679245814 Denver, Colorado

Great staff, beautiful property, excellent location, terrible broken down beds. They should have been replaced years ago. I and at least four other friends experienced terrible back aches. I would not recommend until beds are replaced.
