Amazingly beautiful Caprese Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes, Watermelon Radish, Fennel Balsamic Vinaigrette, Fior di Latte, Basil Cress and Sorrel (GF) - a delicious and colourful piece of art! The Decor is classy and elegant in softly dimmed lights with a view of downtown Toronto in action! The Consort Bar team including Stefano, April, Alex & the culinary team just to name a few are all wonderful people who were warm and attentive to all guests. Great team work - wonderful experience! Amazing indeed! Thank you! Read less

We stayed here as a group attending a wedding. Check in and reception a breeze and room was clean quiet and comfortable. Service top notch. Not an inexpensive hotel by any stretch and check in is surprisingly late for such a high price parking problematic unless you use the expensive valet

The Omni isn’t so big that one would get lost like in a typical business hotel in the states. It is tastefully decorated, modern yet classy. The king bed room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower with rain shower although no tub. The water pressure was weak though. The service was certainly of a 5-star hotel,… Read more
The Omni isn’t so big that one would get lost like in a typical business hotel in the states. It is tastefully decorated, modern yet classy. The king bed room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower with rain shower although no tub. The water pressure was weak though. The service was certainly of a 5-star hotel, including at breakfast to concierge. The food was a tad salty. But the buffet was overall good and had a decent selection of fruits, made to order egg, baked goods, yogurt, juice, and continental breakfast choices. But a major problem was the thermostat. The heater would come on every 1-2 minute throughout the night. It was loud enough to keep at least light sleepers awake all night. It was a shame because the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel would otherwise rate 5 stars. For light sleepers, I would not recommend this hotel. Read less

We had an amazing experience at the Victoria restaurant of the King Edward hotel. Kenny, who was our host, made our experience exquisite. His knowledge of the teas, the description of the food, his friendliness made this evening unforgettable. Also, the food was more than just delicious!

Maybe a little expensive compared to other hotels but having stayed in many Omni’s across North America we knew what to expect We did not take advantage of the bar or restaurant facilities as there were so many cheaper and varied opinions in close vicinity However we must say a massive thank you to Peter , Raphael & Zac on the concierge desk for being such friendly professional & helpful staff we met at this premises. It’s staff like these guys that give the Omni a great name Read less
