Great service, above what we expected. Julianna at the front is lovely. Would recommend to friends for high service level. We look forward to coming back for special occasions. Thanks for helping make my wife’s birthday a great experience.

Great stay. Rooms were very quiet. For once I could not hear neighboring rooms. All staff were excellent to work with. Attention to detail surpassed other facilities. Great location with a personal touch. Would definitely stay again.

I was looking forward to our stay as I had seen it on line several times and it looked amazing. Our check in went smoothly very pleasant front desk experience. I was disappointed with our room mainly because I had not requested a room with a bathtub my personal preference. The room was a nice size not really special but certainly adequate. Bed was comfortable but I found it odd they had a comforter and no top sheet. Women of a certain age can have a hormone surge at night and a comforter is a bit much Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday and the rooftop bar was not open did look and were disappointed at that because the view was spectacular My main complaint with our stay however was the five dollar charge for the bottle of water in the room as well as the excessive charge for the snacks they had displayed It seemed for a relatively expensive hotel bit tacky Read less

Enjoyed another very good stay at the Thompson Hotel chain, this in in Toronto. We have found that these hotels are consistently comfortable, clean and usually in very good locations. Concierge was great and sorted out some travel options for us that we wouldn’t have known about. Would recommend this place for couples and families alike.

I arrived to sleet and ice in Toronto and walked over from Union Station (about 1 mile) and was quite happy to see the Thompson Hotel. I was arriving at 11:00am but they had a room ready for me to check in and I was quite happy. The rooms are large and the bed is really comfortable. Even better the restaurant I had chosen for my business dinner that evening was only a couple minute walk away on King Street. I did have an issue with the in-room safe but the maintenance man was quickly there and replaced it while I was out for lunch. The rooftop bar is beautiful even if the weather was not and the barman Ian made a great G&T. All in all I highly recommend and would happily stay her again. Read less
