First of all the staff deserves 7 stars for their patience and going above and beyond in their duties, always helping and having to handle 20 people at the same time. The thing is, the breakfast is more like a train station and needs expansion badly, and the beds reallly need an upgrade. Better beds and king size beds. I didn’t sleep a wink and… Read more

The thing is, the breakfast is more like a train station and needs expansion badly, and the beds reallly need an upgrade. Better beds and king size beds. I didn’t sleep a wink and this was after days of skiing. The location is amazing and it’s very convenient. So the review is for the installations.. but the staff all deserve an A plus. Very impressed with the look of the hotel, feels more like a resort then a Hotel compared to most Holiday-Inn express which is fitting with the theme of a ski resort of course. We were upgraded to a two level Suite with fireplace and kitchenette which was WoW. A little disappointed with the bedroom though small queen size uncomfortable bed in a extremely large empty space on the second level and a small bath room. They could of easily fit a king size bed and have a large bathroom no problem. I would suggested to housekeeping to at least clean the dust and bugs off the kitchenette ceiling lights cause it’s not very appetizing and we can see that some people open a champagne bottle in the room from the splash stains on the ceiling. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok, pancakes were chewy and bread was dry, not the best. But in all, it was worth the stay. Read less

Stayed here in July for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and location of the hotel is close to restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very spacious. I would definitely return in the ski season.

We had a long drive from Ontario and unfortunately a very slow check in, but eventually had a friendly welcome and got a convenient car space. Our room had a small bed and if I was stay longer than one night I think a suite and a balcony would be better. Can see what a brat location it is for the ski season. Breakfast space is cramped but we timed it ok, and had a good start to the next stage of our travels. Would only return if skiing but we had quiet side of hotel and a mountain view! Read less
