As the title says, the beach club resort is the best hotel in Parksville. The staff are very friendly and the Bar/restaurant is actually quite good. However, the Beach Club Resort is a 3star Hotel, all be it a friendly one. The hotel has complementary sports equipment and has air conditioning. Had a great stay for our family getaway. We requested a travel crib for our little one and they were able to accommodate. Great views have right outside our door as well. Loved the fact that they had paddle boarding and kayaks available to use. Planning for future trips!

Ocean views, awesome location, clean and modern rooms, friendly helpful staff. Perfect location being in the center of town. I love this hotel and would stay again and definitely recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

Very nice waterfront location, and close to centre of town (although there isn't much to the town). Studio room was quite small; beds were comfortable, but pillows so overstuffed that they were useless for sleeping. Air conditioning was very noisy and didn't produce much in the way of cool air. Very nice waterfront location, and close to centre of town (although there isn't much to the town). Studio room was quite small; beds were comfortable, but pillows so overstuffed that they were useless for sleeping. Air conditioning was very noisy and didn't produce much in the way of cool air. Restaurant was nice for dinner, although quite poor for breakfast. Patio bar was very pleasant. Free parking under the hotel was good; the 'resort fee' not so much. Pool was small and oddly deep, meaning that kids have to use flotation devices (which are provided). Only three kids channels provided on the TV. Read less
