This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are fabulous, the staff are attentive and the facilities and views are amazing! Set in the beautiful village of Oak Bay, 3 miles from downtown Victoria, this area is a haven of tranquility and refinement. There are numerous local cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, gardens, beaches and parks etc. to visit, all within walking distance. The hotel has a beautiful 'Escalade' car which can pick you up on arrival in Victoria (please pre-book) and this will also transport you to anywhere wihtin the Oak Bay Village free of charge during your stay (longer journeys can also be booked at a reasonable cost). The car service is available from early morning to late evening every day. There are beautiful heated pools, wiuth sun loungers in a sheltered area where you can also sunbathe whilst being served drinks and food (please note that this area is reserved (quite rightly) for over 16 year olds only. There is also a Spa within this facility where treatments can also be pre-booked. The Dining Room and the food served there is fabulous. There is also a café (open from 6 am) where you can take breakfast and snacks - along with the Snug Pub where food and drinks can be ordered all day (there is also a lovely patio where you can dine outside the Snug Pub, with the amazing views of Mount Baker and the various islands just over the water. I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough. You will not be disappointed! Read less

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is by far the most beautiful hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. The amenities are first class and the location is breath taking. I can't wait to return for another stay, hopefully longer next time!

I try to book this hotel whenever I’m in Victoria. It’s beautiful, and the service is great. The food in the lounge is good and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. This is a great spot to stay for families or spa weekends.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and it is always a relaxing and fun time. The spa and pools are very clean, lots of chairs to lounge in and a great menu to get drinks and food right by the pool as you relax in your chair. Service at front desk, pool area etc is always excellent. The room was spacious, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The restaurant there serves great food and drinks as well:). I highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling, and even if you are from the city and just want a little getaway! We will definitely be back! Read less

This resort was beautiful. From the lobby to the rooms to the pools. Although it is not downtown it’s the perfect distance to take a quick trip in for dinner and come back to your hotel to escape. A must see in Victoria!
