A great hotel with fantastic roomy accommodation. We had a fantastic view of Vancouver from our room. The desk staff were helpful. We had breakfast only the one time while we were there and it was very good

While staff were friendly, and the location is central and convenient to get around by transit, the accommodations were poor. Our first room had a broken pane of glass in the balcony window and the heat was turned off, so we froze all night until we found the issue in the morning. The broken glass was in a corner behind a chair, so clearly the housekeeping staff don’t routinely dust or vacuum behind the furniture. We were moved to a second room which was also quite cool. When we complained in the morning, maintenance was sent up and told us it’s because the windows are old and there’s a significant air leak, and despite keeping the blinds shut over all the windows as recommended, the room temperature continued to drop so we ended up being moved to a third room. The blinds were taped across the balcony ledge to prevent air leaking (so we spent our time in a dark, sealed room without a view). Then, they gave another guest keys to our room and someone entered our room while I was alone, putting my daughter to bed (this happened 30 minutes after calling our room to see if the temperature was better). One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Read less

From start to finish my stay(s) have been excellent. From the front door to the room and views no complaints at all. Staff treated us like royalty for the entire stay. For down town Vancouver you would be hard pressed to find the quality for the price.

We got a great deal on Expedia for a King one bedroom with kitchen. I think they all have kitchens which is nice. The hotel is on a noisy street, but it is Vancouver downtown and it is noisy. We live in the country so used to silence at night :). But it was not a problem really. The staff was great, parking was convenient and reasonable,… Read more

The staff everywhere was excellent. I would stay here again for sure. Read less
