The bar and restaurant were exceptional. We were charged for complimentary water left in our fridge then I had to argue to get our bill adjusted. This was the last interaction we had and it left me disappointed.

excellent, I left some items in my room and when I called to see if you had them you did and they were promptly returned to me via fed ex this saved me about $400 so I am very happy and will return next time I am in Vancouver

Arrived early morning after 15hour flight and there was no hesitation with letting us into the room early which we appreciated. The hotel provided us with vouchers of $25 per day for use in the restaurant which was great.

Exceeded all expectations. Sure it's older but there's still the fabulous views, great location and price that can't be beat. Everything was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back again!

A/C unit was filthy with visible chunks of dust all over vents. Heating thermostat did not work, stuck at 73F and room was still very cold and crafty. Bath shower walls and tub had numerous long strands of black hair, on walls and in tub. Kitchenette had no dishes or cutlery, no dishcloth or dishtowels.
