We only stayed here one night but it's right across from harbour. Gorgous hotel, lovely room resteraunt on site. Staff was great. Best of all it's within walking distance to the port where you bored ships.

Great place, very clean, service was kind and excellent! Vancouver is a very beautiful city. So the hotel have a really great location. You could walk to any place, just by the river front with the mountain in background. Perfect for us!

I had heard this hotel was upscale but it lacked any special touches except one which was quite strange in my opinion. The decor lacked colour and the furniture seemed to have been placed with haste rather than thoughtfulness. Coffee was drip with a poor quality filter arrangement for minimum taste and there was not even a real mug, only paper cups. But the strangest thing was the toilet- heated seat (with 24 degrees outside) and an electronic jet spray option! I had to unplug it as the stop button did not make it stop. At over $200 for not even high season, I will look elsewhere next trip. Read less
