Beautiful, big hotel. Absolutely spotless. Friendly front desk clerk and check-in was super fast. Room was super clean and well-stocked. Just our personal preference, but we found the mattress and pillows to be extremely hard. Valet parking was great as our vehicle was brought to the front right away. Our room was on the 15th floor and we were able to get an upgrade to our room at a reduced rate, Luiz from the front desk was extremely accommodating in all facets of the check-in. Our room was a corner room with a view of Stanley Park Harbour as well as some of the city. Read less

The hotel itself was lovely. Great views, super quiet. Good price as well. Check in was standard. She was a little cold though and made me feel like I wasn’t as welcome as other guests. But that’s fine I guess, the toilet was kind of funny though.

OK hotel. Clean rooms. But pretty spartan and not particularly special. However, TripAdvisor lists it as having a pool and hot tub and restaurant and bar. OK hotel. Clean rooms. But pretty spartan and not particularly special. However, TripAdvisor lists it as having a pool and hot tub and restaurant and bar. But all of those are currently closed due to Covid-19. I've got no issue with the amenities being closed, but then the hotel should remove those items from their TripAdvisor listings until they re-open. Right now, what was promoted wasn't available. And when I informed front desk staff of the discrepancy, they denied it instead of checking it out.. Promotes itself as being right on the water, but it's set back and has buildings between it and the water. So while you can get a view, and that view is quite nice, it's not a full view and their are other buildings looking right into your room. Certainly not what was stated on their site. So, instead of being as nice as promoted, it was just an average hotel that we wouldn't have booked if we'd known the truth. Read less

Loved the bidet toilet and really liked the fact they have bathtubs in the rooms. Very green hotel. Toiletries are not single use and instead are in large/reusable containers which is great. Quiet room and spacious.
