We know that this property is closing - so I am guessing that this is not the kind of post that you people might use to book a stay. We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the amazing Concierge staff at this property. Nothing was too much trouble - and they went way above any of our expectations. Thank you to Winnie Yau, Lorena Presa and… Read more

I have stayed many times at this property, but unfortunately its impending closure has seriously affected both the attention to guests and much of the service. Whereas Four Seasons has always been synonymous with excellent service, the moribund Vancouver property seemed to be taking down its guests with the ship. The best thing about the hotel at the moment is its excellent chef, who really knows how to showcase local ingredients in an elegant and delectable fashion. Their housekeeping and valet services are also as good as ever. As for the rest, it is unfortunate that instead of going out with a bang, this hotel will go out with a whimper. Read less

Paid over $600 per night for this room and it was pretty disappointing. No housekeeping unless you ask for it. Rude front desk agent. On top of it all, they blame you when you complain. I am not fussy but I expect good service from a hotel of this calibre and this price point. What has happened to the Four Seasons?

Pretty sure this hotel closed, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. Verbally abusive security and terrible service all around. Breakfast took 20 minutes to get a juice and an hour to get our food.
