My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were very pleased with how clean it was and how helpful everyone was. The restaurant on site was very handy for breakfast and suppers. We didn't like having to pay for parking so that was a negative for us.

This hotel is walking distance to the train bus stops right out front and the staff will help you with anything. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you again so much 💜 Read less

Really nice place to stay downtown. Was within walking distance of many downtown attractions. Hotel Staff was very helpful and got us a nice discounted rate, despite us having no reservation. Breakfast was not included in the stay. Parking is underground and costs extra.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past (maybe 5 years ago). The location is great with a 20 minute walk to seawall and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. But it is an old building with all that comes with it. The room was a king premium which as a balcony (overlooks Howe Street and is tiny). The room was a bit cramped for two people and three pieces of luggage. We stayed for 6 nights spending three in the premium room and the other three in a suite. The suite was huge about 3 times the size of the other room (sofa, chairs, two TVs). In both rooms the beds were comfortable. But both were noisy rooms. The sounds from the street (with people yelling at 3 AM) and loud talking/TV easily heard though the walls. The rooms are dark. The carpets and drapes are dark and the walls are a darker shade of beige. The lamp shades are also beige with low wattage bulbs. Elevator service is very slow. There are two very small elevators off the lobby (one was under repair while we were there). There is another elevator in the middle of the hotel that does not stop on the main floor (you have to get off on the second and walk down stairs... ok when you don't have luggage). But the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd say this is ok for a night or two but not an extended stay. Read less

Booked the first night thinking I was on the hotel site and discovered that I was on getaroom.com. Hotel could or would not help. Booked second night using IHG Rewards site. Found that the hotel on IHG site was charging $30 more. But getaroom charges huge fees. The hotels 2 out of 3 elevators did not work for the 2 nights stay and all the staff… Read more

Found that the hotel on IHG site was charging $30 more. But getaroom charges huge fees. The hotels 2 out of 3 elevators did not work for the 2 nights stay and all the staff could do is shrug their shoulders and say sorry! The halls were always littered with room service stuff and not picked up for hours. Read less
