We stayed at this property for three nights. It centrally located, in the sense that it's a 20 minute walk to Gastown, 20 minutes to Granville Island, and a 30 minute walk to Stanley Park. The property is clean and well maintained. Our room was a little small, with not a lot of room for luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the… Read more

This Hotel is well located in downtown Vancouver, close to everywhere you need to go, the rooms were a little old but were fine for us, staff were friendly and the bistro downstairs was well priced. we stayed for two nights and would have no hesitation in staying here again. good clean accomodation and value for money

Vehicles over 6 ft but under 6.5 ft can still get into parking garage (contrary to website) but you have to drive down the back alley and wait for someone to let you in. Both times this took awhile. Someone from the front desk has to go down. One of the main elevators is broken and the elevators are very small. Only 2 people plus luggage cart can fit. So bringing luggage up was an ordeal. To make matters worse, when you get off the main elevators and try to walk to 635, you encounter 3 steps. So you then have to unload and walk you stuff down another hallway. We found another elevator just a few doors over but that elevator is only accessible from the 2nd floor where you have to walk through a bit of a maze to get through. Also, only main elevators go down to parking garage level where we left our vehicle. Could never access Wi-Fi. Always said “network not available”. Never even got to point of trying to sign into network. Booked family room for 5 but only 4 towels. Had to call for more towels. Promptly delivered. After a while realized that both rolls of toilet paper was almost empty!! Why would housekeeping do this in a Room designated as a family room??? So had to call again. I asked for prompt service as it was late. And he showed up right away. Points for him. We have booked to go back the following week just prior to going home. Contemplated moving to another hotel. However, the morning we left the second elevator was working. Hope this alleviates some of the pain. Second visit was fine. We had the same type of room on another floor. Maybe 4th or 5th and that floor had a ramp instead of stairs where the buildings connected. Still had to wait a bit to get into garage. Forgot to mention that this room was good in that there are two Queen beds plus a small little room with a single bed. Excellent when traveling with a family of 5. It can be challenging to find comfortable accommodations in a single room/unit as soon as you go over 4 people. Read less

Spent 4 nights and it wconveniekkk. The property is situated perfectly on the edge of downtown, with many restaurants and activities within 4 or 5 blocks. Leave the car parked and walk. They have self service laundry for just a few dollars (machine operation and an individual tide pod purchase from the front desk) which was awesome at this point in our travel! The room was ready early for us and the bistro/bar area was great and easy! Well located, walkable to Yaletown with lots of trendy eateries! The public areas are a bit dated but honestly felt very comfortable all round! Very happy travellers! Read less
