Just stayed one night as a stopover but found everyone welcoming and the hotel was far better than most cramped airport hotel. Maybe I was lucky but there was also very little noise from people coming and going and indeed not from the aircraft either. Worth going to the Deck restaurant for the view and fresh airb

Great stay near the airport. Good service. Treated quite well by the staff. Convient to airport. Room size was good. Check-in staff were excellent. Concierge services were outstanding, they could not do enough to help us.

The standard of the double twin rooms was good, but just starting to slip towards mediocre. The range of TV channels was small, and rental movies were $25. There was no hotel information in the room so I had to research the internet. I ate dinner in the Lobby bar & restaurant. The Ploughman's Board I expected would be a reasonable feed for $25 but it was a massive rip-off. Tiny portions of everything except for the terrine, which was reasonable. I didn't have the energy to complain to the wait staff. The menu has this item in bold like it's a house specialty. I have to wonder if they are drawing attention to it because it's got a huge profit margin. Conference facilities were good. All in all, compared to other hotels I've stayed in for business, this is not impressive Read less

Room was comfortable, clean and had a lovely view. There was a comfortable outside area for lounging and relaxing. Walking distance to shopping and some restaurants. Convenient airport shuttle. Excellent, fresh variety of food served at our conference meals.

Great first trip to your hotel, first impressions were very nice. The Deck was a very nice place to eat dinner right on the water. Shuttle service to and from the airport was great. Room was very quiet in relation to outside noise. HVAC unit needs attention as it was quite loud.
