We stayed here for a couple of nights for a pre-cruise and I must admit, the location and hotel is just about perfect! We were upgraded to a fantastic room with an exceptional view. A quick trip outside in the am to grab coffee at the Starbucks in the attached building and we were on our way to explore Vancouver. We did opt to purchase their buffet breakfast, which is pricey but very nice. The location is also perfectly convenient for cruising....a short elevator ride to your ship terminal and bam, you're through. Also, luggage is picked up in your room and delivered to the ship as easy as anything! Absolutely would stay here again! Read less

It’s actually a convention Centre, not much to see, except the artificial Olympic Torch and the LEGO whale. If you go far, you can see the harbour view from a different point. If you don’t have much time to travel, feel easy to skip it.

I stayed here for a work conference. The location can't be beaten, the room was gorgeous (almost a shame all I did was sleep there!) and the views pretty much any way you look are breathtaking. Plenty of great places to eat and see the sights nearby as well.

We got a nice upgrade with the perfect view over the harbor and the mountains. The club rooms are nice but no bath tub witch was a bit sad. The Ladies from Clublounge, Aileen and Jenie had done an amazing job! Thanks very much - you made our stay special!!!

No live music in the bar on a Friday night and no happy hour. Prices were okay and service good. 2. The pool hot tub was not hot and full of children. 3. Both mens and ladies sauna were not hot and knob broken in ladies. 4. No attendant in gym, thus it was messy with wts on the floor and equipment disorderly. Sorry, I would cross the street to the Fairmont Pacific Rim which has live music and a well equipped, spotless fitness centre and one of the best spa's in North America. Read less
