We only stayed here one night after a cruise but enjoyed the hotel. We just walked across the street from the cruise port to the hotel so couldn't have been easier. We sat outside but it was chilly so the server even brought us blankets. Would definitely recommend. Read less

Really liked this hotel - right by the cruise embarkation point with amazing views over to the suspension bridge and float plane dock - smart rooms - good service. Little expensive in the restaurant but nothing out of the ordinary pricing-wise. 4 blocks from a shopping mall in case you forgot anything and only 5 min walk to italian restuarant… Read more

If you are departing Vancouver on a cruise ship, there simply is no better place to stay beforehand than the Pan Pacific Hotel. If you get the Cruise Package, it includes a fantastic breakfast the morning of the departure, and - the best part - call the bellman when you are done packing, and he will whisk your luggage away, next to be seen outside your room door onboard the ship. We stayed on the 16th floor in a corner ocean view room and I was able to watch our incoming ship pass under the Lions Gate Bridge while taking a shower - the whole wall of the shower is one way glass (at least I hope it was one way 😳) looking out to Vancouver Harbor. It is an opulent beginning to a wonderful time, and you can just walk out the front doors to explore the city and adjoining historical Gastown. It is a bit spendy (for us, anyways), but the experience will stick with you long after the price - do yourself a favor and start a cruise with a bit of pampering! Read less
