This is a lovely hotel. It is part of the Convention Center so it is ideally located. The amenities are extensive and customer service excellent. The bedding was the highlight of the stay for me, it was wonderful!

We just spent Thursday night through Sunday morning at this hotel. We arrived around 9:30 pm. Parked our car in the garage underneath the hotel which did cost $96 but well worth it since it was easy to get to if needed. Parked our car in the garage underneath the hotel which did cost $96 but well worth it since it was easy to get to if needed. We took the Skytrain (underneath the hotel) which was perfect and able to get to a lot of the places and used a Compass (Day Pass). The weekend is cheaper. With the Day Pass we also were able to take the Skybus which is also next to the hotel and took a Ferry over to where people would go skying. Read less

Incredible spot for your first stay in Vancouver - close to the metro stop and many shops and options nearby. Hotel itself is excellent, with a good fitness center and other amenities. Andy at the front desk has been insanely helpful on multiple occasions and has gone above and beyond. Highly recommended

Very nice looking hotel. Unfortunately, due to the age of the hotel, the windows are not as thick as newer hotels, thus letting in noise from the Port and Railway. I requested for a quiet room prior to check-in and was assigned to a room that was facing the Port and Railway side. Loved the look of the room, however, all night long I could hear a dull humming noise from outside at the Port or Railway that kept me up the whole night. I asked to face the other side of the building (which happens to be the Harbour side) and was accused of wanting a room with a view and that I would have to pay $30 more per night for the same room type on that side. I agreed to pay the upgrade and moved to the Harbour side which was much, much quieter and no humming noise. Unfortunately I will not be returning because I did not feel valued as a guest here due to how this issue was handled. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful room, I unfortunately would not recommend the Pan Pacific. Read less

This is a beautiful hotel and the views from my room were breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything one would need. I ordered room service for breakfast and that was a ridiculous price. I only ordered a muffin and oatmeal and it was over $40 with tip and delivery plus the portion of the oatmeal was small. Not worth it and… Read more

I ordered room service for breakfast and that was a ridiculous price. I only ordered a muffin and oatmeal and it was over $40 with tip and delivery plus the portion of the oatmeal was small. Not worth it and would not order room service again. That was the only negative of this hotel. Would definitely stay again. Read less
