Stayed on Christmas Day, simply amazing hotel. Front Desk staff (sorry I forgot name, may be Ryan) upgraded our room to a sea-view room w/o any extra cost. Staffs are very polite and professional. Hotel is just world class. Only thing... internet should be free ;)

Celebrated my husband's 69th birthday and was upgraded to a harbourside room with beautiful snowy view of Coal Harbour. Luxurious rooms and robes. Great experience !The snow changed our plans a bit and we stayed in our rooms more than originally planned to get warmed up after outdoor walks but very enjoyable and cozy.
