on arrival they were very pleasant to deal with. There is no bottled water but instead you have two glass tall jars that you can use to fill up chilled water (Sparkling and regular) by the ice machine. They promote the 3 bins. The gym wasn't a huge but had enough equipment to allow you rush because people might be waiting for the same machine. There were 2 USB ports to charge your phones on the night table. Art and paintings were all over the hotel and in the rooms, so it gives a warmer feel. The cleaning staff was pleasant as well as they would greet you too. Upon leaving our stay everything went smooth as well. Will stay again. Read less

I fly into Vancouver on a seaplane to Coal Harbour. This hotel is within walking distance and is in a great location for shopping and eating. You can also walk to the Queen Elizabeth theatre for shows.

Homemade cookies in the car when the nice valet brought it around. Am a fairly frequent traveller, this hotel stands out. Read less

Hotel room and conference rooms were nice and the food from the restaurant were good too. The location is very handy and within walking distance to a wide choice of restaurants. I love how they are environmentally conscious!
