The staff was very friendly and always willing to help in any way....not just help but help enthusiastically. The rooms were nice and clean and the views were amazing facing the harbor. We could watch the seaplanes taking off from our room. The restaurant was not a typical hotel restaurant and the food was quite good. I would certainly stay here again if back in Vancouver. Read less

As always, the Mariott never dissapoints. Clean room, great staff, comfortable beds. We just wanted a good relaxing night away from the suburbs and we were not dissapointed. Fast check in and check out are an added bonus for someone who doesnt want to spend his down time at a front desk.

Stayed one night at the Marriott Pinnacle on Saturday night. First time staying in this Hotel. Came in from Langley with my wife and another couple to attend the Zoomer Show and go to the Pan Pacific Hotel, Oceans 999 Opera Buffet. Check out my review for the Opera Buffet. I often stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel when I come into the city, but I need to work on acquiring my necessary Bonvoy nights to keep my Titanium status. I love the Pan Pacific Hotel, but with my international travel, I love the benefits with Bonvoy. The Valet Service was great upon arrival, Thank you Claudius for your great Customer Service and friendly greetings. Checking in with Gregory was smoothly completed. Marriott and Bonvoy properties always have the most consistent Customer Service where ever we travel. We had a room facing the harbor with an exceptional view. The Hotel decor can use some upgrading, but that never bothers me because Bonvoy properties are always consistent with cleanliness. Give me a view and cleanliness any day! We had breakfast in the Concierge Lounge in the morning. A beautiful view from the Lounge on the 25th floor. The young lady attending the lounge demonstrated excellent Customer Service with an amazing smiling face. Always soooo nice to be greeted by such good natured personnel. The food selection offered basic breakfast choices with healthy options. Not saying anything was unhealthy but peoples diets are quite particular, these days. And some just go for it, calories galore. Oh the good ole days of eating what I desired! I must admit, I now eat vicariously watching some of the younger, fit people eat volumes of food like I used to. Enjoy it while young, one must give it up as we age. OK, another shot of prune juice! Just kidding, don't think I saw that choice. I would definitely, stay in the Pinnacle again, nice central location. Walked up to Robson Street to poke around, prior to checking out on Sunday. Our one night Vancouver experience was a total success, much of it revolved around our stay at the Marriott Pinnacle. Read less

During my consulting days I stayed at this hotel every week for 3.5 years. That was 10 years ago,SA but nothing has changed with it’s impeccable service or legendary views of the harbour, Stanley Park or Pacific Coast mountains. It should be your first choice when visiting Vanouver!
