There is NO pet fee at the Four Seasons and NO resort fee. Our room was gorgeous with a King bed, nice balcony and everything we needed. There were free S’mores by an outside fire pit between 4 to 6 PM after check-in, but we made the mistake of ordering a small black coffee and small watery hot chocolate from the hut there (no prices listed and assumed complimentary) then we were asked for more than $8 each for those drinks! This is what luxury looks like. The room was enormous with a King Bed, couch and fire place. There was a separate room for the luggage with a wall safe. The bathroom had a tub as well as a shower. We were sorry to leave. Only drawback was at checkin. There are two wings and elevators to each. Too bad someone didn't explain this to us as we… Read more

If you are here for golf the resort will shuttle you to a couple of the local courses. If you drive to the resort there is only valet parking available unless you park in the village about a 15 minute walk from the resort. It is a beautiful resort and I would stay here again as well as recommend to family and friends. Read less

We stayed at this hotel on one of the stops of the Rocky mountaineer train ride which was fantastic. This hotel surpassed all our expectations . the hotel is a beautiful property and was very serene. One of the added features was the complimentary maple fudge that was provided to us. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is the third time we have stayed here and we love it. The rooms have recently been renovated and are done to high standard as you would expect. Service is great and the property is well maintenance, the jugs of water that magically appear whist you are out are a great touch. The TV is huge as well
