Beautiful hotel with lovely, attentive staff who went that extra mile to ensure our honeymoon was perfect! Hotel was spotlessly clean and the gardens and surroundings were stunning! Lots of complimentary extras too including wine tasting and snow cones by the fire pit!

Side Cut Bar needs more liqour in drinks, candles on tables, fire lit, and sports bar TV on far side, so one can enjoy quiet elegance, typical of Four Seasons. If you walk that far, you want something special!

My review title says it all. The bellmen and concierge service is outstanding and friendly. They will expedite your requests and take you anywhere in Whistler Village. I was pleased to offer healthy tips for that service.

Just returned from a weekend stay at the Four Seasons. Our room was upgraded so we had a suite, which was large and beautiful. The room is well appointed, the bed is very comfortable, and the toiletries are top-notch. The weather was amazing and we spent time by the pool 2 afternoons in a row. There are many little touches that give this the "resort" experience rather than just a hotel; the spa, the free sunscreen, the flavoured water everywhere, the smores for the kids, the list goes on. I will say that they dropped the ball in a big way though, with a power outage. The power went out in the hotel at 2 am on Saturday and was out for 10 hours. That meant no lights in the room, no air conditioning on a hot weekend, and no hot water for bathing. Not great for the prices we paid. We were disappointed at check out when nothing was offered in the way of compensation, even though we mentioned it. Given that this is an exepensive hotel, we expected to be offered something on a future visit. Too bad. Read less
