Violet and the housekeeping staff in the Bonaire make sure that our room is perfect and that we have everything that we need. Jantze, Harold, and Rafi tend to our every need at the pool. The staff at Laguna, Gilligan's, and Sunset Grill make sure that we are well fed and very well taken care of--one happy island! The concierge and front desk staffs take care of every need. The GM and the other managers are very much in evidence, checking on everything and making sure that the guests are satisfied. The executive chef is always around as well, even leading tours of the kitchen! The casino staff is amazing as well. We can't wait to get back. Meanwhile, dear friends, stay safe, stay well. Centrally located on the palm beach strip, with walking distance to so much From being welcomed at the door by Francisco to helpful check in staff, the trip starts out great. Concierge is very helpful also The property is beautifully landscaped and they have the best pool and beach area on palm beach The rooms are nice. We prefer the Bonaire building because it’s conveniently located between the lobby and beach. Not super high end but very clean and well maintained. And all the bathrooms were renovated this past years to get rid of the horrible tubs and put in walk in shower stalls. You can’t go wrong staying at this property Read less

This was my first trip to Aruba and was excited to stay at the Hilton. Unfortunately this happened during the Coronaviris pandemic, but our trip was booked well in advance and there was no indication we should change plans. However, after our arrival the Aruba government restricted travel from foreigners and the island slowly started to shut down. It started with restricting store hours, then cancelling hotel activities/events, then closing a restaurant, then closing the spa, closing the gym, further restricting store and restaurant hours, cutting back on the beach service staff, putting away chairs and tables to make the place look deserted and clearing out the bars. While all this is happening, you are still paying full, busy-season price for the hotel (over $450 a night for basic room plus $100+ for every meal for family of 4 with no drinks). I asked management about offering some kind of meal/drink or room credit for all the services we were NOT receiving and I was told that it was their not their fault and we should feel fortunate we were in Aruba. My complaint fell on deaf ears; management completely dismissed my concern. I don't see how it is fair for guests to pay full retain price for everything and receive half of the usual service. You could go to a 2 star hotel and half nearly the same location and beach. The service and amenities make the hotel. The Hilton had it all, then they took it away and were completely unapologetic about continuing to take everyone's money. Others had the same complain and left early like us as a result. Read less

A big thanks to the Hilton Aruba! The staff is amazing. With all the guests they see they remember you every visit! A few exceptional employees... Germaine is the best! Reny & Harold always greet with a smile and make sure we have everything we need poolside. Adrianna, Winnie, Ronaldo & Jean Pierre at Miro Solo are true examples of hospitality. The Hilton Aruba needs be recognized for their immediate notification of travel concerns with increased Coronavirus issues. We were given immediate notice of need to contact airline. We were able to rebook our flight to return before flights were full. Many others we spoke with did not know until morning or read in paper or taxi told them. The immediate communication we received from the staff at Hilton allowed us to be proactive and get home safely. I cannot say enough about the above and beyond customer service we receive every time we visit. But, under extraordinary circumstances the staff at Hilton Aruba were absolutely amazing! Thank you!!!! Marilyn in Housekeeping was great. No matter what time we left the room and for how long, when we came back out room was made up. Extra effort was made to sanitize the room as well. Marilyn was very friendly and courteous when we saw her in the hallway as well. Thanks for a great experience!
