Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino

Aruba, Caribbean

The hotel

Set amidst breathtaking scenery, this luxurious beachfront hotel offers the ultimate in relaxation. Spanish-style architecture, lush gardens and cascading waterfalls are as delightful as the crystal clear seas it is set by and the accommodation is modern, airy and well equipped with all mod cons. For those who like to keep active, you’re in for a treat. There’s a three-level pool to splash about in, water sports galore down on the beach and an incredible programme of daily entertainment to take advantage of, including sunset sails, pool volleyball and shuffleboard contests. No worries if relaxation is more your style, grab a lounger and laze the day away or head to ZoiA Spa for some well-deserved pampering — we can recommend the White Lily After-Sun Wrap! When you’re feeling peckish, you’ve a choice of restaurants to choose from. Dine amongst floating swans at Ruinas del Mar, serving contemporary cuisine in a rustic recreation of seaside ruins or indulge in island-fresh dishes at Palms. For tequila and regional dishes, head to Mexicado or admire the best sunsets in town at Piet’s Pier Bar. For something a little more sophisticated, dig out your finest attire and head to the Hyatt Casino. After all, a little flirting with Lady Luck never goes amiss!

I had an overall good experience with my stay at your hotel..The services were good and your staff ready to help. I like to see a list of amenities at the check in desk. A courtesy of a bus from the airport to the hotel back and forth will be a plus.

I wish I could have stay longer. In this world crisis, staff at Hyatt took care of me and my family as if we are celebrities! Everyone was very professional and very patient we all guests there. I will be back next year. Good luck and good health to all employees at Hyatt Regency Aruba! Thank you very much for everything!

The only thing they need to do to keep up with the times is change the pool chair policy. It's ridiculous. You rent chairs at 4:30 the day before in the hut on the beach. So many people rent chairs and never show up. We didn't know this policy, went to the pool, grabbed some open chairs and got screamed at by a family because we should have… Read more

So many people rent chairs and never show up. We didn't know this policy, went to the pool, grabbed some open chairs and got screamed at by a family because we should have known better than to just take chairs. It was awful. So many resorts are combating this behavior by if you aren't using them within an hour they flag the chair and you have to go pick your stuff up in the hut. Seems reasonable right? The resort is beautiful, the new adult pool was fantastic, the location is perfect walking to plenty of things on the beach and off, even the Jolly Pirates are in walking distance. Other than the pool chair issue I'd recommend this place to anyone. Read less
