Many of the male employees shouted lewd things at me and one of them even followed me while shouting. Employees at the alla carte restaurants were very inefficient, one waiter lied about what they had on the menu (my friends at a different table were able to order), the food at the buffet was awful I was with a large group and all of us got sick at one point. The way the alla carte restaurants were run were absolutely ridiculous so we would have to wait almost two hours to be seated. Read less

A big Thanks to G, butler on the beach, lots of laughs, food and drinks. our room clean everyday when we returned from the beach and when i asked housekeeping for anything it was in my room when i returned. Waitstaff were always pleasant to us but overworked, one evening i thought they were wearing roller skates. Security staff were friendly and always available 24/7. the pool and ground keeping staff did an outstanding job working all day. Yes, Bob and Nancy will be returning along with family and friends. Great time overall at the resort, Oprah is awesome and may be my favorite person on the whole island, make Oprah the head of the entertainment department. The whole entertainment crew is fantastic as well. However, there is a stunning lack of garbage cans around the resort.

A few weeks ago, two other staff members and I took a total of 12 students with learning differences on a service trip to the Bahamas. We reached out in advance and notified management of our trip, group size, and, most importantly, our budget. Needless to say, our experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Every one of our requests was met upon arrival, and the management team went above and beyond to provide excellent service to all of the members of our group. The location is perfect, as it sits less than an hour away from all of the sites we toured. The activities at the resort were fun and engaging for all of our kiddos and us, as staff. The environment is safe, and while we were always running around with our students, we had just enough time to sit back and relax as we had no worries about our students exploring the resort on their own (the underage bracelets kept our kiddos from getting into trouble). Also, the food was outstanding, and I can say that because all of my students (picky eaters included) had something to eat at every meal every day we were there. All of the staff seemed to know who we were from the moment we walked in the door and were all very helpful and attentive with our group. We all truly enjoyed our time at the Bahamas and Breezes.
