We had an issue with our booking of a private cabana on the beach which was immediately addressed by Dante the Food and Beverage Manager and rectified. Bianca is the most fantastic and attentive bulter at the cabana. She treated us like royalty. Our favourite waiter at the restaurants was Al Vano who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meals, even memorizing our drinks. The resort was lovely and our room was spacious, private and kept very clean. The beach is one of the most beautiful we've seen. The ocean was very warm. There are never ending activities. No reservation required at the a la carte restaurants. The food was out of this world. Just can't say enough. We will definitely be returning! Read less

My husband and I booked this all inclusive hotel for our anniversary. First and foremost, the hotel needs to be updated. The rooms are clean as well as the rest of the property. There is no room service so if you want to enjoy a romantic day/night inside...Forget about it because you have to go downstairs for breakfast. lunch, snacks, and dinner.Even to get something to drink. Refrigerators re not in the rooms. It's $10 per day. After I complained, the manager sent one up right away with water stocked on the inside. All inclusive at this hotel includes, room, food, air, and shuttle to and from the hotel. Just to sit on the beach under the cabana is $50 per day. The employees are friendly and helpful. There are no shuttles that takes you downtown or the Fish fry. You have to catch a cab or bus,The food was amazing, and the drinks are delicious. They do not allow food in the room but EVERYONE took food to their room for snacks. They did not acknowledge our anniversary at all until I said something. Then they brought up a bottle of champagne but that was it. They have water sport activities. A club. Piano playing. Overall I personally wouldn't visit this hotel again. We did enjoy ourselves regardless of the mishaps. Read less

But if you will be spending most of your time around the Bahamas and just looking for a place to sleep, this is a good deal. Read less

First off, they have no valet! Second, you have to park across the street and drag your bags all the way back to the hotel. Check in was smooth. Serena (at front desk) was absolutely welcoming. The hotel has an island vibe. Walking into the elevator was a huge turn off because it smelt of mildew and mold, it was old and rocky/shaky. The room smells moldy with out dated furnishings. Nonetheless, i thought i would sleep the night and deal with the discontentment. However, when my business partner dropped by to pick me up, i invited her to come up as i was still getting ready for jazz night at Bahmar... She was intercepted RUDELY and unprofesaiinally by security and management. I was told that I am not allowed to have ANYONE pass the lobby if they are not a hotel guest! Wth!! This is worst than being an adult living in my mom's house! I immediately went down and checked out with a full refund! (Checked into Grand Hyatt instead 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Thank you!) Never slept here and never will! It's a ridiculous policy. I would have understood if they said " no guest can dine or drink at the restaurants without a band" (which a better option would be to charge them a la carte) but i refuse to patronize a hotel that dictates to me who is allowed in MY ROOM! Thank you for being incredibly understanding Serena (you are outstanding, and will do great wherever you are positioned) . Read less

I loved breezes. The hotel itself is beautiful and always clean. The pools are amazing and it’s right on the beach which is great because u get the seabreeze even if ur just by the pool. The water on the beach is super safe to swim in and felt great! If ur not a fan of swimming amongst seaweed, don’t worry because there are tons of clear spots. It’s great for snorkelling as well as you will definitely see some fish and beyond the net, (friendly) sting rays! The staff were absolutely LOVELY. It felt like a big family and everyone was friendly, respectful and overall so welcoming. My family and I felt super safe there, more safe than we ever have on an all inclusive, mostly because the staff was so accommodating and treated us like we were part of the fam!! This resort also has THREE BEAUTIFUL AND FRIENDLY CATS (Bob, Tiny and JackJack) that are available for comfort and allow you to pet them, pick them up and cuddle them! Great for anyone who’s missing their pets from home, but if ur not a cat person or if u have allergies don’t worry because they only play if they are first approached. The staff feed them and take care of them so don’t worry about leaving treats around! Speaking of food, the buffets were great and the in-house restaurants and the poolside grill were AMAZING. The food was definitely unique and it was like going to a restaurant every night. If there’s one thing I didn’t like about Breezes, it’s the fact that the elevators are not necessary up-to-par (I.e. they break down. Might be time for some new ones). Overall this was otherwise such a good experience and definitely the vacation I needed and I will 100% be back at breezes before the end of the year. Read less
