My wife and I visited in 2011 for a wedding and we werent thrilled. We had reservations about returning this time with a group of 12 close friends. I'm happy to say this hotel is much improved. We came in with the expectations that the rooms would be dated and the food would be bland. We were impressed the rooms were newer and the food was great. While we didnt have specific interactions with the staff, we found them pleasant and helpful. The asian restaurant was wonderful and the meatballs were some of the best we've had. The italian restaurant was also nice. On the night when only Garden of Eatin was open, we chose the buffett, which had something for everyone. Breakfast was great every day and the pool snack bar was also tasty and fast. We brought our own cups (recommended) as the mixed drink cups are small. We tipped $1 here and there and it was appreciated. The pool was cold, but on sunny days, it was bearable. They seem to have gotten the seagull problem under control. Beach was beautiful and well maintained. Also colder, but it is January. We visited the Baha Mar casino and while the casino and hotel was very nice, it was very expensive. This makes the all-inclusive Breezes that more attractive. A few negatives: 1. Some of the rooms are adjoining rooms and there's a door in between. This allowed for sound to pass through at night. We had a noisy neighbor who had guests in his room. The front desk was quick to quiet them down. 2. You cant reserve dinner reservations anymore, so it's first come, first serve. If you arrive after the seating, you have to wait until the next seating. Overall, this place is great for the value. It's not a 5-star place, but a place where there's something for everyone. Breezes is located in an excellent part of the island. It’s close to town but off the main road so it’s quiet. It has the best section on Cable Beach of all the resorts. My fiancé and I absolutely loved our stay at the Breezes! When coming here you need to remember that you get what you pay for, and since we aren't ones to stay on the resort, I was looking for the most cost effective. When coming here you need to remember that you get what you pay for, and since we aren't ones to stay on the resort, I was looking for the most cost effective. It might not be the Baha Mar, but it is on the same stretch of sand and the all-inclusive feature is a huge selling point. The food was awesome with the exception of the outside grill which could use a menu update. I can’t comment on the drinks because neither my fiancé nor myself drink, but everyone around us looked like they were enjoying them. The rooms and common areas were a bit dated, but the bed was super comfortable and there was plenty to do. Upon arrival we met the most wonderful and helpful staff. Keanu went above and beyond by making our check-in not only fast and easy, but he also upgraded us from a classic room to an oceanfront. It was our first time being offered something like this, he made our stay something we will never forget. The Asian restaurant has the best cauliflower I have ever tasted on the menu, and our wonderful server D'Angelo ensured our service was quick and spectacular. I will definitely be recommending this resort to anyone interested in staying in Nassau! Read less

The entertainment team made our vacation extremely enjoyable. They are there long hours all day simply to make sure you’re having a great time. Danny & D’von were always a good laugh and a great hang!
