We stayed for 5 nights mid March, just as the Covid-19 crisis increased around the world. I mention this as all the staff were instantly sympathetic and happy to help in anyway they could, whilst us & many guests were experiencing travel issues, they were facing a somewhat uncertain future, but this did not negatively impact their willingness to serve or support their guests. To that point I feel strongly that management should consider redirecting the $10 a day resort charge to the staff during the time when guests were forced to pay it but not offered the additional services like shuttle buses. Our room was a side water view, was fairly comfortable and appointed, but needed some extra cleaning and maintenance attention. The a/c was very noisy and we also suffered with an interconnecting door and a loud snorer! The food was very good and the hotel & staff managed the changing government direction and smaller guest numbers very well, understandably limiting lunch to the poolside grill and one a la carte restaurant per night. Chickcharnie's was excellent, always a friendly greeting, freshly cooked food and often a daily recommendation. Edgewater was ok, the steak quality wasn't great and side portions were small. We tried all the desserts and they were nice. Tings on a Stick was great, a lovely choice of asian food, well cooked and presented. Abbicco was good, a lovely buffet starter selection but main pasta were massive portions and desserts not very authentic. The bars alternated opening hours due to less guests. Poolside Hog Bar usually manned by Andrew and Prescott served the best mojitos and was lively during the day. The staff worked really hard to keep excellent hygiene standards whilst still joking with guests. Lobby Rum Cay was often quiet but the bar lady was lovely and would happily make my favourite amaretto sour and keep updated with news. We didn't do many activities and the program wound down with fewer guests but the bike ride with Chevy was fun - the bikes are lethal but the stops at the gardens & pond were great! We walked to cabbage beach one day, grabbed a diet coke and walked as far as we could to Atlantis before the security guard shouted at us! We mainly relaxed by the pool most days and were quite often disturbed by personal music players competing with each other but when asked the staff did request them to be turned down - but this wasn't actively policed. This a solid 4* hotel but not as luxurious as we expected. Read less

My girlfriend and I traveled to The Warwick in March and words can not describe how wonderful our experience was. The impeccable service that was given to us from the time we walked into the resort was fantastic. The Warwick's staff is what made our vacation so wonderful. We had so many great afternoons (and nights) at the various bars within the resort. Prescott, Andrew, Deniro, and Ray (The Bartenders) made our vacation very rememberable. They kept things so interesting and were always eager to chat about Island Life and the local area. I can not emphasize enough how fantastic the staff was at this the resort! The resort is located about 3 minutes away from the famous Cabbage Beach. We spent two days here and it is the most beautiful sight I have ever seen on any vacation. The resort has a shuttle available that will drive you to the beach and pick you up whenever you have had enough of the breathtaking views and beautiful water. There are also beverages and food always available from a resort representative at the beach. It was very nice to be able to skip the hassle of packing a lunch. The restaurants at the resort were amazing! I LOVE Italian food, and the Italian restaurant at the resort did not disappoint! We ate there on three separate occasions while we were there! The concierge desk and guest services was always excited and attentive while helping us book reservations for excursions and restaurant reservations. The Warwick at Paradise Island was such a once-in-a-lifetime trip that we will return very often I am sure! If you are looking for a great resort for a great value, book the Warwick, you will not regret it! Best Regards, Nicholas P. Chapman New Hampshire, United States Read less

We stayed at the Warwick, Paridise Island last year in Feb. It's was a no brainier loved the Hotel, pool, deck and Boardwalk..and oh my the food and service at the resteraunts was outstanding. The views from our 12 th. Floor of the ocean and many islands was just breath taking. Sun risings if you get up for that is priceless. Maid services were very acceptable, as well as pool boys providing umbrellas, when we had enough sun. Sitting on the deck we enjoyed watching the boats and many yatch's float by as we enjoyed our favorite drinks and playing scrabble, was part of our daily enjoyment. All of the hotel people as well as cab drivers were so friendly, we felt so welcome and next year we do it again maybe stay longer as 10 nights not enough. Also we love to gamble and Atlantis Casino was a 10 Minuit walk on safe street, actually we walk right past police station. Plenty of assorted shopping with in walking distance. Read less

I was only supposed to be staying for a night , before heading off to the out islands unfortunately a certain world wide event took place , having had my ESTA cancelled & the prospect of an unbudgeted stay & unable to leave Nassau I was in trouble , the desk clerk I think Anthony perhaps was able to offer me an Improved rate which meant I didn’t have to pack up he was really helpful & tried to help anyway he could , another clerk who was also really kind to me was Shama, she was always sympathetic & listened I took 3 trips to the airport trying to get NAS>LHR flight so after constantly being disappointed I was feeling low at times her kind words were a real lift , I’m really grateful the Warwick helped rather than exploit & didn’t try to price gouge me the bell boys were also really helpful & cheerful Jerrone was always happy to smile & listen to me rattle on great guy , sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name , the hotel facilities were great always clean , restaurants were good quality, nice menus , my room comfortable & clean but most of all the staff really stood out. I hope I can return soon at happier times. Read less
