Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Heaven is a partly adults-only oasis offering luxurious accommodation, four pools, four restaurants and endless water activities. There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. Plus staying at the Heaven section, you will have full access to the facilities within the family friendly Hacienda section, giving you even more dining options and pools to enjoy. An All Inclusive resort, its top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

It’s time for a full facility refresh. I went with a group of coworkers. Each room in the group had issues. Personally, my room had poor AC. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. Another room, the ceiling caved in due to a leaking AC unit above. Mine also hadn’t had the shampoo bottle refilled nor the shower gel (empty.) No communication… Read more

A big Shout out to Yukari Y and Giovanna from the concierge desk Azul at the Hard Rock hotel. They give the best service ever!! They are very pleasant and handled all our needs quickly. Making sure all our itineraries were aligned with our needs.

Ricky and Max at the bar were absolutely amazing! They took care of us! They got us all the drinks, they were absolutely amazing! We were staying in the Heaven side but this pool is right by the lobby and the main pool. Ricky even fixed one of our broken cups! Please go see them!!

We originally stood in line for 1.5 hours to ensure we could get reservations. We were second in line. When it was our turn, we were told it was too difficult to accommodate such a large group. Disappointed, we turned to concierge. A couple of hours later, concierge reached out to say they could make something work. The meal at Toro was wonderful! Our wait staff - Cris and team - were outstanding!! Cris was truly amazing and made our parents feel like they were very special guests. That meant a lot to us! Read less
