This was our first trip in 3 years because of covid and selection rose hall resort did not disappoint. The staff and management are what make this resort what it is, a resort is nothing if you do not have a good team behind it and this resort definately has a great team. At the front door as soon as you get there your greeted by an awesome young man named Hyron who definately gave us a beautiful welcome to the resort . The front desk has one of the most amazing people working there Orlando he is such an asset to the IBEROSTAR he would be an amazing addition to the management team there. Vijay was also a young man that was quite helpful too us at the front desk as well. There were so many amazing staff that worked at the buffet I cant mention them all but they all work so hard and still smile and ask if your enjoying your holiday . We spent most of our day at the beach which was really nice the water was beautiful and yes there are vendors selling their items up and down the beach and they may ask you to buy marijuana just say no thanks if you are not into it all the vendors were respectful and really interesting to talk with and I liked all the local crafts they sold. At the beach bar we met one of the best ladies ever Doreen she was awesome and took care of my husband and myself with our favourite drinks she really made our beach holiday a success and goes out of her way to remember what you like too drink shes definately an asset to this resort also Andre who also works at the beach bar as busy as he is he always remembered my drink and did so with a beautiful smile. The buffet here was out of this world one of the best buffets I have ever seen at a resort we didnt even care if we had ala carte after eating at the buffet, something for everyone and I love how they have the wood burning pizza oven everynight with fresh pizzas they were so yummy a shout out too Vijay who remembered my husband from a holiday in jamaica 4 years ago hes a great guy. As you can see my review is mostly staff related because without all of these hardworking individuals there be nothing and I hope the resort realizes the gems they have working for them. Stayed 8 days last week of April, 2022. Been to Jamaica many times but not to this area. Beach was nice but seaweed on beach floor with some sandy areas. Water was clear, no floating seaweed. I checked out one hour later at 1 o’clock and the lady at checkout decided to say sorry but that will be $ 10.00. For a supposed five star location I found it very disturbing I’m planning on coming back in December I may look for a different hotel. It is not the money but the principle. Read less

My husband and I visited Iberostar suites May 13-17. The customer service was amazing!!!! But I must say that Vijay at the front desk was amazing!!!! He was patient, kind and eager to assist us!! I can’t wait to come back again!
