When we flew to St Lucia last month everything was fine but in a few days England was on lock down . However i had a really enjoyable holiday all be i could not do all the trips planned. The hotel looked after everybody wonderfully . Particular thanks to Dillon , Shazam and Wendy . As nobody was arriving the numbers of guests reduced every day but the staff still made sure everyone was ok. The last night St Lucia was on lock down which meant the staff had to be home by 11. So we had dinner early and took a drink to the room . The manager frequently came round to talk to everyone and explain what was going on. Lovely lady. I would recommend the dine around programme to eat at local restaurants . When everything is back to normal i will return . Hope everyone is keeping safe. Read less

Our Virgin flight from Tobago was cancelled and we were flown to St Lucia and dropped off at the Bay Gardens Beach at 4.30 am after hours of waiting around and then travelling the distance from the airport. The hotel staff were excellent. They allocated rooms very quickly and efficiently. After a few hours sleep we enjoyed a very nice breakfast. Our collection arrangements were delayed and the restaurant manager was particularly helpful and arranged food for us to take with us to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble and it made the delays we suffered far more bearable. We met other hotel guests who were repeat visitors. The beach by the hotel was lovely. It looks like a very good hotel for families, although we travelled as a couple. Read less

The room was ok a few floor tiles were cracked the coffee pot knob was missing, we put sheets on the FLOOR to be changed because they had a stain on them and the same ones were put on the bed, the pool was dirty, the spa we wanted to go to and was told at 3pm that they went home early due to no appointments, we tried to book another day and was told they were full, the food at both restaurants was underwhelming and my financee hated it to the point that both times she left the food, the rum Punch at check in was awesome but at the bar it was disgusting, I waited over 40 minutes to get a towel the lady wasn't there and there was no sign on the window, no one to cover her and the staff walked by like it was ok to have someone just standing in the hot sun waiting at an empty hut, there were a few bright spots the front desk was awesome especially Elsa and Faith, thank you to them, most of the staff was friendly, I travel to different countries at least 3 times a year and I just wish the experience was better. We had an amazing family vacation at Bay Gardens Beach Resort. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Fantastic vacation!

I was on vacation with my family and had a really great time! The beach was not over crowded and there were plenty of beach chairs. Loved the close proximity to the off site restaurants. The room was great! Would definitely stay here again
