I really loved my stay at Bay Gardens. Everything felt good: the spaciousness of the suites with all amenities, the large bathrooms, the comfortable bed and just walking around the beautiful property and out onto the lovely beach. The pool area is fabulous and consistently all the restaurants. The food was wonderful and varied. I loved the cocktails from the bars, the service was always friendly and prompt and I found it so wonderful to eat always on the water's edge. And then the gorgeous beach with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, still and empty in the morning, stunning sunsets at night, crystal clear water and the Waterpark - well supervised and great fun for many. I had a wonderful massage and enjoyed being able to walk out to Rodney Bay and the Marina. The exchange restaurant system is wonderful for longer stays..... there are so many factors which makes this hotel a favourite . Highly recommendable. Read less

I spent 10 days at the hotel with a group of friends and i loved every minute of my stay. Without exception the staff were genuinely friendly and nothing was too much trouble . I felt that they dealt very well with any questions and kept their cool when i observed them dealing with rude and ungrateful customers . I have travelled all over the world and I put this resort high on my list of favourites . From the general manager - who made every effort to see that guests were having a good time and who incidentally had the same birthday as me :) - the staff who i felt were genuinely happy in their work and friendly , the lovely surroundings and the beach front location . It was testament to the family atmosphere that whilst we were there there was a bbq for a staff member who needed medical treatment and a staff member with a poorly relative - we all went and enjoyed great food . Made me realise how much we rely on our health service . I felt completely safe and at home and by the end of the time felt like i had been away a long time . The only thing I would have improved upon was the fact that I was in a room by myself and would have welcomed a reduction for this - the room rate i felt was quite expensive for one but i loved the peace , quiet and shade of the garden room . Thank you Waltrude , Faith, Marine, Beautiful ( you know who you are ) and all of the staff - i felt you were all there to help and that you did it with a smile . I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Bay gardens beach resort . Thank you Read less

My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort! We did the day pass as we were on a cruise ship with not a lot of time, but cant wait to go back and stay for a couple of days. Our waiters name was Tevin and he was awesome! It's $85 for a day pass which includes a delicious meal, 4 drinks, your own beach chair, and a choice between a 20 minute massage, water park, or a water sport. I went with the massage and the parlor was very neat and quiet, my massage was incredible. My friend and I paid $10 a piece to go tubing a short walk down the beach and had a lot of good laughs. The only complaint I have is that we were every now and then bombarded with locals selling their things. At one point there were 3 of them in front of us throwing necklaces on us and trying to get us to buy rotten mangoes. But because of this I was able to pay $10 to get a great foot massage by a hilarious local while I held his two well fed and cared for puppies. I understand that this is their way of making a living, but sometimes it was just too much going on for vacation. Other than that, nothing but good things and we will definitely be coming back to stay! We were so busy at the beach that we didn't get to swim in the pool, but it was very clean and nice. Make sure that if youre getting a taxi there to specify beach resort because they also have a bay gardens hotel about ten minutes away which we were dropped off at unknowingly the first time.
