It also had USB ports. Our room was turned down every night, which was a nice touch. Location: centrally located in the Rodney Bay area. we only heard outside noise on 1 occasion. the hotel is very quiet. Amenities: Many guests spent their entire vacation by the pool, therefore, I would suggest the all-inclusive travel option because St. Lucia is quite expensive for dinner. Food: the buffet breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. We didn't need lunch, lol. The staff were friendly and attentive. There didn't appear to be any entertainment for guests at the hotel in the evening. I would consider this to be a '4' star hotel, not a '3' star one. In all my family loved it. this was our first family holiday to st. lucia. I can't single out any particular person, a bit unfair, the team worked well together and we had a great time. Read less

My husband and I visited this resort to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We both found that the staff were fantastic; special mentions for all restaurant staff, especially Octavia; the reception staff, particularly Nadine and Ashton; our room attendant Nicola and also Dwight behind the bar, who always managed to liven things up when he was on duty. Our twin aspect room was fabulous (no 312), the choice of food and drink on offer for all inclusive guests was particularly good. The location of the hotel allows you to walk to the nearby, beautiful Redouit beach and the resort of Rodney Bay which is an absolute bonus. The locals are very friendly and spontaneously ask if you're enjoying your vacation. The only criticism I would make is the condition of the pool at Coco Palm. It could do with some improvement/investment and a really good clean. Read less

Not a bad place overall and lots of good amenities. We had several issues with room cleanliness and maintenance that required us to change rooms twice in one night. They resolved the issue by giving us the night for free.

We normally stay in the 5* worldwide chain hotels (large and small) on long haul but were attracted by the Coco Palm's "proudly St Lucian owned and managed". We were not disappointed. It was quite simply the most relaxing holiday we have had a in a long time! The staff are excellent - Peppy the concierge is amazing, the font of all knowledge, think concierge at Carlton in Cannes (but actually better), anything you need, this lady will do her best to accommodate. Patricia and her team of lovely ladies at the Ti Bananne are kind, helpful, funny and brilliant at their hosting. The chefs - wow! the food is superb. The lads on the bar - thank you for making the holiday fun for my lads. Carissa the housekeeper, kept our rooms spotlessly clean. Reception - always helpful and efficient (the bill was correct first time too). We used the spa - excellent massage and other treatments with knowledgeable therapists. If you are looking for marble and chandeliers, this is not for you. However, if you want to downtools, be looked after, relax, eat lovely fresh food beautifully cooked, the Coco Palm is a joy. It is not often you stay somewhere where the staff ARE genuinely proud to be part of the hotel team. This shines through at Coco Palm, with ready smiles and greetings by name. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Coco Palm!! Read less

We arrived back home today after a ten day holiday and we had a really good time. We liked the fact that this colonial style hotel is fairly small unlike the most of the gargantuan ones around these days. The room was well decorated and very comfortable however the shower could do with updating as you wait an age for the hot water. We only booked for b and b as you are only a few minutes walk to a selection of restaurants and the breakfast was ok but they were rather slow in replenishing the fruits. All of the staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. There was one issue regarding the poolside with not enough sunbeds and only six parasols which meant that unless you were prepared to get up at 7am and put your towels on the beds there was nowhere to sunbathe. We made a decision to go to the beach and pay for sunbeds and a parasol. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is in a very good position and good value for money. I would also recommend a visit to the Pitons and volcano by taxi as there are some wonderful viewpoints on the way, Read less
