The room was clean, well appointed and well maintained and was comfortable and quiet. The hotel facilities were good and the pool was good for a leisurely swim and was not crowded. We had booked all inclusive and the meals were of a very good quality with sufficient choice although a longer stay may have led to repetition. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous - their friendly attitude was a significant plus point for our stay. We were able to book some excellent excursions through the hotel and Peppy ( the concierge) was very helpful in making arrangements and advising us. The location near to Reduit beach provided ready access to the beach and a great location to swim in the Caribbean and soak up the sunshine. All in all a great holiday and good value Read less

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are a good size with an excellent bathroom and are cleaned to an excellent standard every day. If you are on the ground floor you get a small patio with a table and chairs either with a garden or pool view. The bar around the pool area is very nice and the staff are very friendly, the pool is not massive but it is okay. There is free wi fi throughout the hotel and it is very good. The beach in Rodney bay is about a 7 to 10 minute walk away which is not too bad. My only disappointment was the breakfast, there was a lady who made omelettes, fried eggs to order and they were very good, but I thought the rest of the buffet was not to my taste. The hotel is situated a 2 minute walk from a couple of shopping malls and a supermarket so it was in a very good location. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Coco Palms resort. Read less
