I have just returned from a stay at the Coco Palm and i wasn't dissappointed . very nice boutique hotel ,our room was recently re decorated so looked nice and clean , ( others were being referbished while we were there). The hotel wasn't full so there were no isues with sunbeds .The beach is a very short walk away ( 10 mins ) , long soft fine sandy beach and is lovely with sunbeds to hire , watersports or snorkeling . The food was very good with a varied, if not large, selection .If you are staying for more than a week it does get repetative as there was only one restaurant open for us. The problem we had at the hotel was that they only had entertainment for guests on a weekend , nothing during the weekdays and not much in the town either . Staff . all the staff at this venue were fantastic , very helpful and polite , thanks . It took me a long time to get over the pool being GREEN , normally associated with it being stagnant. The pool was looking a bit tired , tiles missing above the water line all around , shower area needs modernising . Local town was close by with a few shops in the mall area .We were told by a rep not to wear any jewellery at night if going out but there was never any issues although you are constantly approached to buy trinkets both in town and on the beach but they are mostly polite and none aggressive. We loved the People of this island and we had a nice break and would return to this hotel which is always a good recommendation . Read less

Well a 2nd visit does not disappoint, the hotel is still as fabulous as it was last time, everything is still pretty immaculate. The staff are so helpful and friendly, again nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Carmen our housekeeper was so lovely pristine beds and towels daily, and always had a smile. Recently returned from an 11 night stay and we had an absolutely brilliant time. The staff are wonderful and were all more than happy to help with our 3yo. On several evenings the hotel laid on enjoyable musical entertainment. Peppy, the excursions organiser was extremely helpful in arranging a tailor made boat trip to Soufiere, which was the highlight of our holiday. The hotel staff made us feel extremely welcome and we would highly recommend a stay at the Coco Palm. Read less

My partner and I stayed here for 7 days on their all-inclusive deal in mid May, and it was definitely worth the money and then some. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a lovely West Indian vibe. We had requested and were fortunate to get a room with a balcony at the back of the hotel, so it was perfectly quiet, apart from the local dogs some mornings! The room was always nice and clean, and the size was adequate for the two of us. The pool was a strong hang out for us, what with cocktails on tap! Not all cocktails were made to the same standard, but there was always the option of tailoring them. The lunches and dinners on the al a carte menu were absolutely delicious! I have an inflammatory disease of the bowel and food can be rather tricky sometimes, when actually all l ask for is something plain. I was worried the food would be spicy, something my digestive system doesn't tolerate anymore. However, the chef couldn't have done a more attentive and incredible job at keeping it simple yet flavoursome. Even at the Creole restaurant, the chef was amazing! And the waitresses, for the most part, were so friendly and accommodating. Some of the younger girls do need to take lessons in hospitality from some of their slightly more mature colleagues, Patricia and Princess were absolute stars in making everyone feel welcome. On Sunday afternoons, there is a delightful steel drum session at the bar area, making lounging around the pool with the palm trees blowing in the wind, cocktail in hand, feel like you have definitely landed in the Caribbean and have made the right choice. This hotel advertises that it is proudly St Lucian owned and managed, and we felt very lucky to have been a part of that wonderfully warm St Lucian hospitality. Read less
