Harbor Club St Lucia Curio

St Lucia, Caribbean

The hotel

One of those exclusive clubs people dream of belonging to, the Harbor Club St Lucia, Curio Collection by Hilton's heavenly harbour-side sanctuary’s cool, contemporary, and chic. Launching in 2018, it has just the right amount of seaside styling without going overboard on nautical touches. Its marina-skirting pool deck is its showpiece, with four lagoon pools tumbling into each other, from the cabana-fringed top pool all the way down to the wooden waterfront deck. Whether you’re in the swim-up bar, gym, or penthouse Italian restaurant, you can watch life pass by in Rodney Bay, as yachts bob in the marina and the hotel’s complimentary powerboat whizzes guests to the tropical beaches of Pigeon Island. You’re mere moments from Rodney Bay’s restaurant and bar scene, but Harbor Club St. Lucia’s own menus tantalise with sushi, gourmet pizzas, complimentary all-American breakfasts, and the ice creams, pastries, and confectioneries of its Swiss-style bakery.

We stayed 5 days and had a great time. Everyone is extremely helpful and accomodating. The room is very nice. We had a fantastic fresh fish in the restaurant. The boat/beach at pigeon island is so fun. We hiked to the top one day. The pool is also very relaxing. There was always good service - whether it was at the front desk or breakfast. We… Read more

All was good - service excellent - Restaurant did a nice job for dinner and breakfast was good - only downside is still waiting for billing issue to be solved - they were quick to reach out - but communication has stopped - I was overbilled by 72.00 or so. Prices changed 3 times after I made the initial reservation -

The room itself was one of the most unique I've ever seen, as the balcony went directly into a pool as it was on the ground floor. This feature was one of my favourites I have seen, and the pool experience was very nice with a very large waterfall and a swim-up bar as well. The room was very nice, although the washroom didn't have a proper door, which was odd. The hotel provides a service to take you to Pigeon Island, and while we weren't able to use the service, services like those are appreciated greatly. Breakfast was also very pleasant, with a fantastic view. Very nice hotel, would stay in one of the swim up rooms again. Read less

This is NOT a family friendly resort that is typical of Hilton properties. There is one high chair for the entire property. There is not a kids menu to choose from at all. The hotel appears to allow children for a way to bring families in, then dismiss children upon arrival. Some of pool(s) were closed for 1-2 days to set up for the New Year's Eve celebration. The staff, while great, appears to be uninformed about hotel policies. We were told upon arrival that cabanas in the elevated pool were a perk of being a Diamond member with Hilton, only to be told as we got towels that no kids were allowed at the cabanas. The NYE event was pawned off as a family event, as no communication to the contrary was ever delivered. Children were given wristbands to attend, only to be refused by the person in charge. Photo opportunities were set up as we entered the area. However, that managing director of the property would have you believe different. He made it clear to me that all communications related to the event indicated adults only. He wasn't interested in a conversation once I told him I had all the communication and adults only was never mentioned. He was rude, dismissive, arrogant, and basically blamed me for missing the directive. Everything a person in charge isn't supposed to be. The Hilton Honors team should recognized for trying to rectify a situation that the managing director refused to address. We had 4 additional days at the property, and there was zero communication from him. Hotel staff should be commended for their abilities displayed while covering up for the shortcomings of the managing director of the property. This is a gorgeous property, with excellent personnel. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected of a Hilton brand hotel. Read less
