Situated in Marigot Bay Marina, on the western coast of St Lucia, around 7 miles south of Castries. Connected to Marina Village which features a range of outlets, restaurants, and vacation services. Transfer time from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF): 1 hour.

Bay View Junior Suite offers panoramic views of the yachts on Marigot Bay and features a living space as well as either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds; sleeping maximum 2 people.


One Bedroom Residence features an open floor plan with spacious living room, dining room,kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom. These residences have a balcony off the bedroom as well as a terrace, and include 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size pull out sofa; sleeping maximum 3 people.


One Bedroom Residence with Plunge Pool offers the same layout and bedding as the One bedroom residence, but includes a plunge pool on the terrace, overlooking the mountains and bay.


One Bedroom Penthouse Residence with plunge Pool is a two-storey residence perched at the top of the hillside, featuring spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and master bedroom with four poster king-size bed; sleeping maximum 3 people.


Two and Three bedroom residences can be requested by connecting Junior Suites with One Bedroom Residences, to accommodate larger parties. 

Complimentary water ferry transfers around the bay. Transfer time from Hewanorra Airport: 1 hour.

We had a mixed stay. The property is outdated, specifically the rooms. The rooms are large, but need to be updated and cleaned. The room rate is high and the rooms should represent this. Also, many things in the room were broken and needed fixing one we were already in our room. We must have called the front desk a dozen times over our two night… Read more

Also, many things in the room were broken and needed fixing one we were already in our room. We must have called the front desk a dozen times over our two night stay. No one ever apologized and a few times they didnt send anyone to fix the problem after saying they would. The most disappointing part of of our stay would have to be our interactions with the staff at the resort. The staff didn't smile and seemed miserable to be working at the hotel. After staying at two other resorts on the island, where the staff was both in short of amazing, it was so disappointing to come to Marigot and experience the opposite. I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say it was a bummer to end our vacation at Marigot Bay. Read less

I hate writing a bad review but feel I must on this occasion. Given the 5 Star rating and also the price we were so disappointed with this hotel. Arrived late at night due to a delayed flight, however there was very little in way of welcome and room felt unclean when we entered. The next morning no-one enquired or asked if we needed to be shown around and we had no idea of our bearings at all. Room was tired, dated and dark - even though we had the penthouse. Breakfast was often too busy to get a table (had to wait for up to 20 mins!) and food was average all round but expensive. Staff were nice enough but very little attention to detail and a serous lack of personal attention or help - the ‘personal’ concierge service mentioned was non existent and the whole experience was soul-less and without any warmth. We asked on multiple occasions for help with our room, cleaning and updating amenities etc and often this was just not done! Room Service was late afternoon and patchy!! Old sound systems and TV and the dishwasher door actually fell off on our room when we were there! In a specific example of incompetence we had booked Covid tests for 9.15 am and the nurse didn’t arrive till 10am, and the staff didn’t seem to care about a line of 20 people waiting in the sun. The nurse (who was very nice) declared she had no idea people had been booked in for that time. Plus- a massive live cockroach in our room and no water brought every day! We had to ask for help with things daily and often it was just ignored. It’s these things that matter and the lack of care was very obvious- it felt like a money making machine only. This is a 3 star experience at best. Management need to take control and get service and room modernisation prioritised. Read less

I won't say anything further about the pantomime because the supervisor kindly gave my friend a free main course. But the wine bill! After some searching they managed to find us two bottles of Sauvignon Blanc. Two bottles in our local supermarket would cost EC$46 of what was a fairly cheap wine. Our bill for wine cost EC$416 including tax and service. Disgraceful mark up of our retail purchase price x9. Is this a record? Read less

From beginning to end this trip was magical, from the vip welcome at the airport to our departures was amazing. Karan Emmanuel and her entire staff made us feel very welcome and as if we were vip guests . From the complimentary birthday cake and decorations in my room, to all the requests we had was taken care off without any questions asked. The property is beautiful , well kept , bedrooms clean and very comfortable. we stayed on the third floor with an amazing view of the big yachts parked by the marina . The beautiful birds greeted us each morning while we sip on our coffee on our balcony . The food was very tasty , great chef by the swim up pool bar area . Honestly I cannot find one fault with the staff and this property, everything was perfect . Our drivers Gibson and chevon was brilliant . Overall st. Lucia is one of the most beautiful island I have ever been to . I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property. Read less
