Signature Rooms are newly refurbished, with city or river views, and either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Deluxe Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Signature Studio Rooms are recently renevated, and are larger in size with a seating area, and 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with 1 large double bed and an extra single bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms include access to the Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily buffet breakfast, all-day tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks, complimentary evening cocktails, and complimentary laundry or pressing service.

Princess Terrace (authentic Penang delicacies, open for lunch and dinner). Tien Court Restaurant (oriental restaurant, open for lunch and dinner). Connections Lounge (open for drinks and light bites, with live sports, regular music and pool table).

Although we stayed for a day, this hotel has provided extremely well customer service towards us. Our rooms was exceptionally great especially in hot weather. Although we stayed for a day, this hotel has provided extremely well customer service towards us. Our rooms was exceptionally great especially in hot weather. Staff members were kind and approachable to us. One in particular was Billy. He has accompanied my family greatly as soon as we entered and made us feel valued. He was also informative by giving us tourist destination which we went and enjoyed. I don't think we would enjoy this hotel as much without him. Overall this hotel is a 5/5, definitely recommend for anyone staying at Singapore. Read less

We enjoyed our stay here. Good location just across the road from the river and easy walk to Clarke Quay. A few minutes walk to MRT and bus stop outside. Good lobby, helpful reception staff. We stayed in 6th floor balcony room facing the front of the hotel with great city views. Although slightly tired in places, it was bigger than other hotels we have stayed in in Singapore, spacious enough for 2 people to have suitcases open and still plenty of room to move around. Large, comfortable bed. The bathroom is small and dated, with shower over the bath, but plenty of room to put toiletries out. Pleased to see a Singapore hotel not using single-use plastic toiletries but they are still providing unecessary bottled water. We particularly liked having a small balcony and also easily accessible bright staircase so that we were not forced to take the lift. The pool area is ok, and is open until 22.00 when most close at around 19.00. Read less

The Hotel staffs are friendly, especially to Mr. John and Mr. Yuvhan of Reception who are really nice, friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy, Buffet restaurant have a lot to offer, I really enjoy the selections of food. Hotel Area is near the Quay side area, a lot of things to see, not that far too to other Singapore famous place.

Lounge is pretty chill with good service staff and calm atmosphere to vibe with. The buffet above is also delicious with the time limit being 2 hours which is sufficient for any buffet enjoyer. The served up excellent food and i am satisfied with their overall performance.

The hotel is amazing! We are able to use the facilities while waiting for our rooms! The reception is very friendly and helpful especially the Malay girl name Amira, she is very friendly and welcoming! Will surely come again! See you guy soon!
