Deluxe Rooms are 325 sq ft, most with private balcony, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Rooms are 325 sq ft and include access to the exclusive E|CLUB Lounge, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Everything is an argument with these people, from booking to getting a receipt. Got invoiced more than what was agreed on by my corporate travel agents.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Canadian holiday. When we checked in £87.84 was taken in case the room was damaged on departure. There was only me and my 12 year old son, we didn’t get there until the afternoon of the 29th and we went out and we spent all day out on the 30th. We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Canadian holiday. When we checked in £87.84 was taken in case the room was damaged on departure. There was only me and my 12 year old son, we didn’t get there until the afternoon of the 29th and we went out and we spent all day out on the 30th. There was no damage to that room at all, however that money still has not been refunded. Also on the 1st April the day we were checking out. At 9 am I took my Som to the swimming pool. The cleaner was leaning in the wall outside our room waiting for us to leave, she asked me how long I was going to be. I advised we would be out on time. When we came back, she was still there and asked if we would be leaving now as she was waiting to clean the room. This was still an hour before check out. Read less

Not sure what is going on with this brand. Told them we wanted an early check in, was told I would have to keep checking in, that they couldn't call or text me when a room was available. ZERO heat. Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Majority of staff were amazingly nice , the rooms would not have been at the standard I would have expected however we made the most of it. Very child friendly hotel however disappointed the slide was not open for children until the weekend so we were unable to avail of this. No lifeguard or supervisor on pool area.

It was my first time staying in TO with my son and it went so smoothly. We were both happy with the accommodations and we were comfy and staff were amazing And extremely helpful. Everything was close by
