Elegant Hotel in Downtown Toronto. The only detractor is the parking is under city hall, not very safe for our expensive automobile. We stayed there in December 2023 in conjunction with my wife's company Christmas Party. The Hotel is quite good for a Toronto Hotel. Toronto itself is slipping every year, though this is no fault of the Hotel. The… Read more

I really had a great time here. The place is big and clean. Service was excellent (reception, room, dinning) and everyone here seems to want that you will have a great stay. Gym and pool were great. Room was very comfortable. I also loved that the Chef's Hall (many different eateries) is right across the street. Also, PATH (Toronto's Downtown… Read more

Have stay in hundreds of high-end hotels, but have never encounter finer service and attention. Tim R. the GM is an outstanding, and his work is an example of how a property should be managed. Give this man a promotion and a big raise. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could because of the hospitality extended to us.

While the hallways and rooms felt a bit dated, the club/lounge easily helped make up for that. The spread was great for small bites and breakfast and the atmosphere and views were excellent. The gym was also a bright spot; huge and tons of equipment. Would definitely stay again.

We spent three nights in this 43-floor hotel. What attracts us the most about this hotel is its newly renovated executive lounge on the 43rd floor. The view from the lounge of the city is spectacular. As it is a tall building, there are two lift sections serving the lower floors and higher floors. The hotel also has two entrances. The view from the lounge of the city is spectacular. As it is a tall building, there are two lift sections serving the lower floors and higher floors. The hotel also has two entrances. However, the facade of the side entrance is not so appealing. Otherwise, the main entrance looks grand. My only disappointment during the stay and I hope it is not permanent, was its wifi connection issue. It has connectivity problem and as a business traveller, this is highly inconvenient as I had to resort to my cellular for hotspot connection to my laptop. Having said that, I would still return to this hotel if I ever return to Toronto again. Read less
