The hotel

An inspiring oceanfront beach retreat, the Royal Palm offers modern, vibrant living whilst keeping intact many signature elements of the original Art Deco design. Rooms are gorgeous, with stunning city or ocean views, rich linen robes to relax in and organic bath products. When you’re not out and about sightseeing or strutting your stuff down at the beach, relax by one of the two pools, a cocktail in one hand, a good book in the other. There’s also a state-of-the-art fitness centre and Renew Spa based on Himalayan salt with six treatment rooms. There are restaurants all around you but for good eats look no further than Florida Cookery, the hotel’s signature restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Really nice hotel on the sea front, nice pool and also loungers available on the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Christopher at reception is just wonderful, thank you Chris! And also a big thank you to Mr F at reception who arranged a wonderful room for us. Dora gave us a spotless room every day! We shall be back.

Every member of staff we come across was lovely and helpful. The guys who run the beach side are awesome and some of the friendliest people I met in Miami, they work super hard making sure everyone on the beach has what the need dragging stuff around in the heat, always with a smile. However the manager Cameron was especially impressive. We were there at the height of Spring Break and the hotel was completely full yet he was calm, composed, warm, genuine and very accommodating. Rooms are clean with very comfortable beds, pillows & sheets. We absolutely loved our spacious room in the West tower. We also had a great experience at breakfast. They had delicious pastries, a very competent chef at the fresh omelet station and Pedro H was the best waiter who really went out of his way to be warm, accommodating, gracious and provided service with a smile!
