The hotel

At this impressive resort on the quieter, southern end of International Drive you can choose from either a One or Two Bedroom Apartment. These beautifully decorated apartments are just a 5-mile drive from Walt Disney World Resort and only around a 15-minute drive from Universal Orlando Resort™. When you are not sampling the delights of the parks, you can choose between three swimming pools including one with a cool pirate ship, waterfalls and rocks. Or enjoy tennis, table tennis or one of the many other pursuits available. There are organised activities for kids, too. Food wise, you'll find a lovely coffee shop and deli as well as the Breeze Bar and Grill which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

1-Bedrom and 2-Bedroom Apartments all with washer/dryer, TV, WiFi, safe, iron and board. 

1-Bedroom Apartments have a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

2-Bedroom Apartments have a balcony or patio, a fully-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher, living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds or twin beds, TV and CD player and luxurious whirlpool bath in master bedroom. Apartments with the 2 double beds sleep maximum 8 people. Apartments with the twin beds sleep maximum 6 people. 

Complimentary parking. The I-RIDE Trolley, which runs up and down International Drive, stops outside the hotel.

Breeze Bar & Grille restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, market place with deli, pool bar and grill and coffee shop.

Great place -- good value --very well run, lots of nooks and spaces, Multiple areas for food/dining. - units are spacious and well appointed (including lots of areas for plug ins . Excellent for families, close to all the parks and shopping.

This was a nice Sheraton resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. We wish the furniture was a little more comfortable and the TV's were updated with the ability to use apps. There are still DVD players in the rooms, so if you have something you want to watch you can bring it. We did have one 24-hour period where there was no Wi-fi in the resort. This made things a little difficult if you were staying on property. The pools were nice and well maintained, but beware the pool police will be there exactly at 11:00 pm to kick everyone out of the pool and jacuzzi's. That was very disappointing for what we pay to be owners. The food at the pool bar was good and they would deliver it anywhere in the pool area, but there was no one that walked around to take drink or food orders. The one issue we had was the carpet was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. The staff offered to move us to another room and when we stated that it would be a pain, they scheduled to have someone come and take care of it on the following work day. I also received several calls from the management to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, we had a great time and would return. Read less

We spent 5 days here as a family of 7, including 3 kids under 3. We had a two bed/2 bath room in the St Augustine section. The room was a tad outdated but overall very clean and perfect for our large group. I especially appreciated all of the items available to cook and also to clean in the kitchen. The St Augustine section is perfect for young kids with the pirate pool within walking distance. The Bella pool is also very close to this section so it was nice to go between the two. All of the staff was very friendly and kind! My only complaint as I see others made as well is the food options. This place has got to get one or two good sit down restaurants!! We ended up having to go offsite for every meal or ordering in… would have loved a good sit down breakfast/buffet and something in the evening and also maybe a good pool bar with bar food. This alone probably would cause us to look elsewhere in the future. Read less

We had a lovely stay at this resort for 2 weeks, check in was a bit of a pain after a long flight from the UK. The girl checking us in wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful, we expect a better greeting especially in America where customer service is so good. We booked our apartment for 2 weeks but got locked out after week one as we had to go back to the reception to have our key card reset, they also asked for our credit card again and I said you have it for the first week, the same girl said we needed to give it again but I informed her we couldn’t as it was in the safe and we were locked out. I think the check in system needs to be a bit more user friendly for longer stays. Overall a lovely stay as lots of things are so close, we didn’t book a car as expensive so we just used uber, which was relative cheap, quick and easy. The resort is right on International Drive so it is easy to walk to Publix supermarket, Vineland Outlet and restaurants close by, the I ride trolley is another good way of getting around. Lots of lovely pools on site, very pleasant setting,landscaping is beautiful many different plants and trees giving it a great view and not concrete setting like some holiday resorts.
