Great stay. The main lobby is beautiful, the staff was helpful, and the price was very reasonable. The water pressure for the shower was amazing! It is great location for all the fun things in Orlando. You are walking distance to Disney springs and a quick drive to Disney world.

Just got back from this resort and was worried in reading the reviews but honestly we had a great time! Check-in: we got there early at 1h and our was ready, very informative and smooth check-in. Rooms - we were in the garden, sunset section, room 3068 and it was perfect. Not huge but big enough for the 3 of us and very clean, all the amenities worked great. Rooms were quiet and beds/pillows very comfortable. Wifi - worked great all week. Buses - booked the buses for pickup and drop/off to the parks. We enjoyed the buses, always on time. Lobby - beautiful lobby either a Joffrey’s. Pools - always able to find loungers, even in the afternoon. Pools were heated and never crowded, loved the hot tub. Location - we absolutely lovrd being so close to Disney Springs…walked there daily got shopping, dining, drinks and snacks. Loved our stay!! Read less

I had a chance to stay at this resort twice within two weeks; one night just passing through and a week later on a mini-holiday to WDW. Both times booked through my WYNDHAM REWARDS membership. The first night I reserved I was accommodated in the "western wing", what I might assume was the first structure built. Although it is a bit closer to DISNEY SPRINGS the walkways are exterior and nice in the good weather but would NOT want to try to get to my room in the typical afternoon Florida "sunshine" thunderstorms and winds. The room was nice and well maintained but you could tell this was from another generation. It had all the amenities and a "privacy" barn-style sliding door which I thought was a good idea to shut off the washroom area. As the next week was going to be more of a vacation I phoned the property to make sure my next reservations would be in "THE TOWER". I found out that there would be a $40 upcharge per night for THAT privilege. A bit of a shock but you are are right beside DISNEY SPRINGS so it was somewhat expected. It did, however, make the TOWER about twice the price of the west wing. The TOWER lobby has all the necessities such as a snack bar open at 6 a.m., vending machines and a GREAT bar called THE ECLIPSE LOUNGE. HINT: If you are going to or coming from WDW get a ride-share car and have it take you to BAY LAKE TOWERS and walk to Magic Kingdom. It's a LOT better than walking all the way over to the buses!!! We chose this hotel because it had a shuttle to EPCOT and was a close walk to Disney Springs. Make sure you pay attention to the booking as the add on fees will total $80.+ dollars per day. Be careful when you pull into this hotel there is a one way road that is poorly marked. The sign is in an island that splits the exit road and set about 40 ft back from the actual intersection. We always stay here, the location is great, staff is amazing and the food and free shuttles are wonderful. Everything in the room is nice and comfortable and well put together, the only thing I wish they would add to the rooms is a microwave for heating up leftovers.
