very nice hotel, but the heavy rains caused water to fall in the hotel and in our bathroom as well as the flooding of our terrace and our room. the large carpet in our room was wet and was not replaced!

Our stop over for 4 nights staying at the Rotana was fantastic. The Hotel and its staff are great and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more.
Unfortunately, however our transit stopover on our return trip was so badly managed by Emirates we will not be returning to Dubai for risk of a repeat.

Stayed here in a seafront family room (2 adults and 2 girls aged 4 & 7).
It was just perfect. The room was setup so well for a family - loads of space to store the suitcases without us tripping over them. Great view of the Ain wheel from our balcony. Two lovely heated pools. Buffet breakfast ideal. Great happy hour at the pool bar. Unbeatable…

We booked this hotel for a special birthday occasion and wedding anniversary. The hotel location is superb and the staff are above and beyond accommodating. They work tirelessly to ensure you are enjoying your stay. The hotel made an extra effort for our celebrations of which we were extremely grateful. We had the dine around option which I would thoroughly recommend. JB’s which is one of the associated restaurants is amazing the manager and head chef are so friendly and the food was fantastic, it has a great vibe for all the family. My only small negative is the mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable but this could be my personal choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
