Meaning 'City of Jumeirah', Madinat Jumeirah is a fabulous complex offering an excellent range of facilities. Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

294 rooms and suites in 1 building on 8 floors with 4 lifts. All with private balcony, air-conditioning, separate bath tub and shower, HD LCD TV, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-bar*, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and luxury bathroom amenities.

All rooms have either 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) and sofa bed (120cm x 180cm, subject to availability), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).  

Arabian Deluxe Rooms have lush garden resort views.


Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, Jumeirah Mina A'Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

We arrived at near 1am due to flight delay and were let waiting for check in for quite some time. Had breakfast and coffee the next day and that was lovely. The weather was very unkind and it was exceptionally wet which meant all on air conditioning and no fresh air. This was very unpleasant and cold. We arrived at near 1am due to flight delay and were let waiting for check in for quite some time. Had breakfast and coffee the next day and that was lovely. The weather was very unkind and it was exceptionally wet which meant all on air conditioning and no fresh air. This was very unpleasant and cold. The hotel then arranged transfers to a mall but no way back. After waiting nearly an hour and paying 200 AED we got ourselves back to the hotel. There is no human to talk to ….. use a QR code and hope for the best. No menus except on line but with slow wifi made it also impossible to book a restaurant. The wait staff were very good overall though. Considering what this hotel commands in rates it was overall very unpleasant. I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Read less

We had access to the amazing Palace Lounge which you can retreat to throughout the day for breakfast, afternoon tea and sundowners. We cannot thank all the staff in the lounge enough for making our stay so special. They were amazing with the children and nothing was too much trouble. William, Yunita, Cathy, Ann, Max, Anita, Brenda, Pablo and Benjamin, thank you again for looking after us and making us feel so at home, you’re a great team and we can’t wait to return! At check in a deposit was made for the full amount for our stay plus a further deposit which at check-out exceeded the actual amount by 969 AED. The hotel promised it would be refunded no later than 4 weeks following our departure. 3 months has passed and despite having contacted the hotel twice the issue is still not resolved!
