The hotel

A gem of a hotel, the spectacular Ritz-Carlton, Dubai has a wealth of amenities. Guests can enjoy a total of six swimming pools, including two exclusively for children (happily set in the shade!) and one solely for adults. Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 1-3 with pool or garden views, and either 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people. 

Half Board includes: breakfast and a 3-course meal for either lunch or dinner available at the following restaurants and bars:

-Gulf Pavilion (lunch)

- Caravan (buffet breakfast)

- Splendido (dinner)

- La Baie (lunch - dinner)

- Blue Jade (dinner)

- Amaseena (dinner. Half Board supplement of AED 100 per adults, AED 50 for kids 5-12 years)

Half Board package includes Dine Around by More Cravings, allowing you to dine at over 120 participating restaurants in the UAE (advance reservations are mandatory and can be made through the hotel concierge. Ocean View Deluxe rooms have either 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people. 

Club Garden View Rooms offer resort views, with either 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people. 

Club Ocean View Rooms face the sea, with either 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people. 

One Bedroom Suites feature resort views from the two balconies, a spacious living room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years). 

One Bedroom Gulf Suites are larger in size, with views of the pool, gardens or Arabian Gulf, separate living room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years). 

Club One Bedroom Ocean Suites are located on higher floors, with Arabian sea views from the furnished balcony, separate living area, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years). 

Family Rooms consist of connected king and a twin deluxe rooms, with two bathrooms and private balcony or patio. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people (max 5 adults).  

Family Suite is larger in size than the family room, still with king and twin bedrooms and two private bathrooms and a spacious balcony/patio space.Sleeps a maximum of 6 people, 5 adults.

Lovely staff, everyone was so helpful and kind. Would highly recommend to others, from the waiting staff to the cleaning staff. The food, pool, beach and restaurant services were also top tier. Would highly recommend to anyone as there are multiple restaurants and activities to do .

One of the most luxury hotel I have been to! It includes different activities and nice pools. In general it was good enough but the prices are a bit expensive. But I suppose this is because of the famous and luxury brand. Wishing to have a discount next time :)

The last day of our stay that is the 7th of April 2024 the security in the morning at the beach of Ritz-Carlton had stopped me. my mom and my dad from going into the property even though the other guests were there and they were never asked for room cards. This was a deliberate and intentional profiling based on our appearance and nationality and this is highly offensive. As for this incident I am not happy to recommend this property to anyone. My daughter is disabled & the attention & love she had from all was quite something. We dined in a number of restaurants but Tamoka stood out, sundowners & food & service all fantastic. What really makes this hotel special though is the service from housekeeping with the towelled animals to front of house to the lovely and fabulous staff in the lobby lounge. We decided to choose this hotel after seeing all the good reviews. Our room was beautiful and clean. Our manager was very kind. Oh I forgot to ask his name. The swimming pool and bar are very clean and the drinks are also very delicious. Very worth the price we paid
