The hotel is amazing and luxury. The people are nice the hospitality was wonderful , the room was very clean and tidy , the breakfast is okay but Good service and hard working staff they tried their best to help us Vivek help us really well he was nice and helpful. He fixed our thing perfectly.

Excellent hotel from the start to the finish. The staff (Sonny, Anu Emumaul) and everyone else was wonderful. They made our vacation exciting and wanting us to return. The rooms was very clean. The restaurants was 5 star. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Our stay was comfortable and we were pleased to see the amazing view from our room. The hotel staff as well was very welcoming, especially our bellman Mr Gourav who took the extra step to help us with our bags and gave us a few refreshments as we came from the scorching dubai heat.

We stayed me and my wife for week to celebrate our aniversary, staff are very helpful and polite we had a great view from our room with ocean. Definately will come back again soon, Thanks again to Pamela at concierge she welcome us so politely and warm,

I had a great experience this time around at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. Last time there were some issues on many levels, however I decided to give it another go. Everything that I mentioned last time to assistant reception manager Retma Puspita was communicated and resolved, so I would like to thank her for her organisational skills, the time that she took to listen to all the matters and her business attitude and approach. Thank you Retma, I will definitely choose your hotel again. Also I would like to highly recommend the spa, my therapist was amazing Miss Chong. She has the knowledge, experience and skills to work magic. Great work with the different muscles groups, targeting the areas of concerns, adjusting the pressure accordingly, with different massage techniques. Giving you great advice after the session in what you can do to feel better, not to mention how accommodative she was and she also took the time to organise my next appointment in the beauty studio. Miss Chong thank you for your work I will definitely come to the spa again. Thank you for the whole Team of JW Marriott Marquees. P.s. love the French Bakery. Read less
