We had a most excellent stay we arrived late because it was a last minute thing from a leadership meeting in salt lake. We only stayed one night but I would not likely stay here again. The Pros--restaurant on site can order off the menu or do the buffet which had a large selection of food, free breakfast buffet also a large selection, grocery store/ gift shop on site and the shuttle picks up out in front to the hotel and close proximity to Bryce Canyon. We only stayed one night but I would not likely stay here again. The Pros--restaurant on site can order off the menu or do the buffet which had a large selection of food, free breakfast buffet also a large selection, grocery store/ gift shop on site and the shuttle picks up out in front to the hotel and close proximity to Bryce Canyon. The Cons--the shower floor was very squeaky and felt unstable, there was not enough hot water for 2 showers and the beds need to be replaced they sag in the middle. I would stay across the street at the Best Western Grand in the future when we come back to Bryce Canyon Read less

It was a good place to stay put was absolutely chaos everywhere. The rooms it self is good but it is a lot handle. They do have breakfast but not a ton of options. Grocery store at the hotel and gift shop. Also a restaurant but can get packed as well.This place is good but packed.

This was twice the cost of surrounding hotels and it was definitely not worth it. Beds and room were fine. The rooms are in different buildings spread out, so the pool looked nice but we didn't end up going because it's weirdly inconvenient. The plumbing is terrible, toilets clog on nothing, shower is lukewarm or lava hot and bad pressure.… Read more

This place is GREAT! We were a family of four with two high school boys. Stayed here 2 nights of a 10 day trip. Buffet has "regular" foods but something for everyone and plenty tasty. Breakfast, especially, was excellent! Pool area was popular (encased in glass walls so we could watch the action) Great, spacious sitting area by the pool for playing cards, eating pizza, hanging out while our boys were in the pool. The hot tub was not heating properly so we didn't use. HUGE general store with everything you could want. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will never stay anywhere else! Read less
