All rooms have an Intracoastal or Ocean view, private shower room or bathroom, air-conditioning, 32" flat panel HDTV with cable and pay-per-view films, free WiFi, alarm/clock radio, tea/coffee-making facilities, iron and board and hairdryer. Standard Rooms sleep maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Ocean View Rooms sleep maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

King Suites have 1 king-size bed and a twin-size sofa bed in the living area, and sleep maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

It was pretty good just was kind of disappointed the beach was closed still due to covid 19 but overall it was lovely and I will be back to stay there again with my kids soon enough because the area seems wonderful for kids to be thank you.

Then i check out and check in again because was a good price... So I check in in the room 908 and was so HOT... Then we go to the pool and have lunch... Come back and I call front desk to check the air conditioner.... No working said the guy... I wait and i go downstairs and I speak to Johan Medias SUCH A GREAT GUY... THE BEST EVER in the middle of all the bad service. THE ONLY ONE WHO CARES FOR COSTUMER. He put my self in another room... I was so tired so i get straight to the bed. I wake up next morning to take a shower and the bathroom was soooooo dirty. Someone use the soap already... The curtains in the shower one was missing. Towels in the floor. Papper toilets in the trash can. I DONT CARE IM NOT THAT TYPE OF GUY. BUT THE SHOWER WAS NO WORKING.... SOOOOOO I GET MAD BECAUSE I NEED TO VISIT MY GRANDMA ON MOTHERS DAY WITH OUT TAKE A SHOWER.... I GO DOWN STAIRS AND THE LADY SHE WAS NASTY.... I EXPLAIN HER.... AND SHE SAID OK.... THE AIR WAS ON HEATER.... I TELL HER CAN I TAKE A SHOWER MY BATHROOM IS NOT WORKING... I go to check out... SHE DONT CARE ABOUT SERVICE. I I WORK IN MARRIOTT HOTELS FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THEY DONT GIVE ME A MARRIOTT SERVICE. SHE TREAT ME LIKE "I DONT CARE ABOUT YOU" General Manager you need to do something. And was not only me. The guy was after me she said to him "can't you wait im bussy now" and put the wrong angry face. If she don't care about her job.... You need to find a better people for that position. Be blessed you have a job in COVID-19. She was so rude she don't care. I call my people because i was shock she treat me like that. So general manager please said something and please do something... Because is ur NAME "MARRIOTT"... AND SHE IS PLAYING WITH THAT THAME. Johan Medias do better job the her and he have the night shift. This hotel is everything you need, especially if you get an ocean view. You will wake up to a beautiful sunrise! The boulevard is right in front of the hotel and the outdoor terrace is spacious as well as well kept. The highlight of my experience was heightened due to the hotel GM - Alfredo. He was very attentive to me as I injured myself while working out outdoors. He spent almost an hour taking care of me, making sure I was okay after a concussion. He cured my wound, offered me a free beverage, held ice to my head and was a true savior at a time of urgent need from a customer. I'm deeply appreciative of his attentiveness as he personally checked in on me to make sure I was okay days after the accident. He even offered to bring us whatever we needed, be it towels, or recommend the nearest hospital, which he offered to drive us to. He also gave us recommendations to everything and did it all with passion and purpose. I hope he gets promoted at the director level, because someone like this makes a difference for the hospitality industry in general. Read less
