Zach and rodrigo did an excellent job gave great attitude and were really friendly, i didnt even have to wait long to get my car zach moves really fast thank you guys

Excellent service from the concierge and valet team, especially Carlos who makes every arrival and departure special. Carlos takes the time to remember my name, my wife’s name from a previous visit. I know my vehicle is cared for and always promptly available.

So, let's get this out of the way. The location is great. Close to the beach and many restaurants. The property it self as many have stated is horribly outdated but that wasn't the worst thing that happened during our stay. 2 of our 3 nights in the hotel the A/C in the room was not working making for some uncomfortable nights. Management did credit us with points for one night of our stay but it would have been nice to be get points for both nights since the nights without A/C were miserable. We probably wouldn't stay here again voluntarily unless major improvements are made to the property. Read less

Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly. The front desk staff and the valet were amazingly nice. Great area and we had a lot of fun. Carlos was the Valet that help me and gave me some good suggestions for restaurants. Just a great experience
