Jose Madera and his team made our stay safe and exquisite. I had the impression that the team works non stop especially, Jose. From our check in experience to check out, you can tell this gentleman has the knowledge of customer service. We want to express as well our regards to Nicholas and Alain. What a team. Second strong team is Jason Ho and his talent to remember clients. he illuminated our happy hours with the young woman very very long hair. Food for lunch was very tasty, arugula salad and figs, pizza al horno delicious. But it would not have been the same without Dwayne Flowers (carry his name to the perfection). Super mega attentive, funny, and good food advices. Concerning the hotel room , we loved the location, the terrasse and the customer oriented team !!! But even if the rooms have a nice size the bathroom is useless, the mini bar over crowded of stuff, the plugging system in 2020 is bad, no second bedside table, a white lighting as main light, who looks pretty or want to rest with this light? We understand the concept "sexy love hotel" with funky wall papers. But pragmatic for a bathroom is a must. It was not designed for long week end stay. No where to hang your belongings in the bathroom , do your hair or make up : a cruise ship cabin. Drawers in the closet do not pull easily and are probably broken. We loved our stay: What we will remember is the team, Fillia and location, may be not so much the room. Read less

1Had a stay earlier this year during a conference and this hotel didn't disappoint. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The location in Brickell was perfect for pleasure and business travel. I highly recommend. Chic
