Grammar location for downtown Miami and easy to get around on foot too. Rooms are quirky, there’s a mirror in the ceiling so if you don’t fancy catching yourself half asleep or in another situation then it may not be for you. Rooms are well thought out and def upgrade to a balcony room, as it’s nice to sit out. Can be a bit noisy but then… Read more

We stayed here for 4 days in August in a superior room on the fourth floor. The lobby is not very welcoming, just a desk, some art installations and elevators. Also I was looking for a pet free hotel and my first journey up the lift was with a big dog and her owner!!! Some staff on the desk are very pleasant while others are just not interested.… Read more
We stayed here for 4 days in August in a superior room on the fourth floor. The lobby is not very welcoming, just a desk, some art installations and elevators. Also I was looking for a pet free hotel and my first journey up the lift was with a big dog and her owner!!! Some staff on the desk are very pleasant while others are just not interested. There is no concierge service as such which was unacceptable. The hotel car was never available. Twice we visited the bar and left without being served after waiting, waiting and waiting. The bedroom was very stylish but not practical. The bed while comfortable was at an angle in the middle of the room and when the tv was pulled out that side of the room was blocked off, no bedside tables. There were mirrors everywhere, but lots of wasted space. The bathroom and shared shower area was tiny and had little storage space. Balcony was lovely but overlooked a busy road but soundproofing was excellent. AC was noisy so we didn’t bother. The pool area looks fantastic but again no towels until 10:30 and very shallow. In a part of the city with lots of good hotels, this place is not up to the mark. Read less

The hotel rooms have modern “chic” design and fixtures which are awkward to use and not very comfortable. The staff was not always helpful and with usually one person working the desk, I had to wait . The best thing going for the hotel was its location In Brickell by the highway. Read less
