Water View King Premier Rooms are 475 sq ft and have and views of the marina, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites are 700 sq ft and have floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious living area, 2 pool lounge chairs reserved daily, 2 bottles of water daily, outdoor Bluetooth speaker for use during stay, curated 'suite' playlist by Kimpton Director of Music Experience Laren Bucherie, and preferred restaurant reservations at Area 31. With 1 king-size bed and queen-size sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Waterview One Bedroom Suites are 950 sq ft and have 2 private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, separate living room, chilled bottle of premium bubbles or wine, 2 pool lounge chairs and a cabana reserved daily, 2 bottles of water daily, outdoor Bluetooth speaker for use during stay, curated 'suite' playlist by Kimpton Director of Music Experience Laren Bucherie, preferred restaurant reservations in all Miami Kimpton restaurants, 2 pairs of Samba Sol flip flops, Avant Gallery curated art tour (reservations required), and access to the 29th floor special event experiences in the lounge. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Valet parking $44 plus tax, per night (payable locally, subject to change).

Jean Baptist was amazing. He was very friendly and courteous. He serviced us the entire time we stayed at the Hotel. He also made sure that my sister had her wheelchair upon departing from the vehicle into the hotel every time. Awesome worker .

Lovely hotel! We had a huge balcony facing the canal and saw yachts and smaller boats pass by regularly. The food at the restaurant next to the pool was wonderful and for one of the meals my husband got a hamburger and I chose the beyond (veggie) burger. It actually looked and tasted like hamburger. Michelle at the pool was so friendly and accommodating. She was great with our kids too. Always there to help and works so hard! A real positive experience for us. It was our kids first time in USA and they are very impressed so far. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing trip. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very clean. Great views. Great service. Valet parking was faster than expected. Food was great. The hotel is also dog friendly. Highly recommend coming to this hotel for a vacation.
