Our check in was one of the smoothest check ins ever. Franz at the front desk is the best. The lobby was clean and smelled great! All of the staff including Delisa and Danny were so very helpful! Def stay here!

Great Experience. Delisa was very friendly and amazing, since we arrived. The hotel is very close to everything, beaches, restaurants and everything else you need to visit while in South Beach Miami. Strongly recommend to everyone who is looking to have a great time.

We really enjoyed staying in Shelborne. I am a frequent traveler and stayed in many many hotels around the world and I must say that I will remember Shelborne as one of the best stays! EVERYTHING was great! The pool, the beach, location and the atmosphere! I left with some mixed feelings about this hotel: some good, some bad. I'll start with the good. This is a beautiful Deco hotel that, on paper, has almost everything you could want in a Miami Beach hotel: great location (walking distance to almost everything yet far enough away to avoid the noise), solid amenities (the pool was fantastic & the beach access + chair/umbrella service is a must), great food (solid breakfast buffet + a coffee bar in the lobby), & stylish, well-kept (albeit small) rooms. Everything looks-wise matched what was in the photos, so this more-or-less met my expectations. Now for the bad: the service really needs an improvement. I'm not sure if it's management that hasn't really ironed out the kinks, but I was rather shocked that a hotel of this caliber wouldn't ensure that the customer experience was seamless top-to-bottom. Specifically, the front desk staff were very apathetic, particularly when I had questions re: billing, method of payment, etc. From my perspective, they just couldn't be bothered to help me, or at the very least, help me understand the reasons for their policies. My check-in experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth & a little frustrated, but I had hoped to chalk it up to an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my check-out experience left me feeling quite the same. Overall, it was very passive-aggressive, borderline arrogant behavior (and this is coming from some who rarely complains & hates to be "that guy"/the fussy customer). It's quite disappointing really; I wanted to love this hotel. After all, people don't remember so much what you say; they remember how you made them feel. MANAGEMENT: You may want to seriously consider how your culture is impacting your customer experience. Read less

Great service by Neto the front desk ambassador! Highly recommended y habla Español. He will accommodate you and take care of you. This was a last-minute trip for me. I didn't book anything before coming here and he took care of me. Thanks again, guys.
