Andrew at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly. We were trying to find us a new hotel to stay and he let us see the room before we booked it and helped us with everything we needed. That's what I call great customer service. Nice hotel and pool area also. Thank you.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. My husband and ours friends walked in to check in and the manager was arguing with a customer about giving him towels and extra toilet paper. Then went over to argue with a couple that were only asking about what they were being charged because they had an extra charge on their card, the customers were not being loud or rude at all until the manager went over yelling at them to relax. We should have known right then to leave but we checked in and went in to our room the building was disgusting once you got to the elevator there were figure prints all over the doors not clean whatsoever. We got into the room and all we could hear was the guy the room over coughing up a lung and snoring and the room was the size of harry potters closet. The walls are so paper thin all we could hear were people walking around in the halls, the elevator creeking. We went downstairs and the only nice person working there did give us a different room but for a charge. This room was bigger thank god but still just as dirty. The king size bed was 2 twin size beds pushed together and they were a different height so that was fun trying to sleep in. Individually the beds were comfortable so that was probably the only good point of our stay. Then to wrap it all up the fire alarm went off at 5am and we all had to evacuate. Which I get was not their fault but no apology was made nothing, no one said anything to us. After the fire fighters came and said we could go back in we all went back in and that was it after waiting outside for 30 minutes. Could have used a free drink from the bar or something complimentary but I guess you get what you pay for. I will never try and save $30 again by staying in a cheaper place. Do yourselves a favor and spend the extra money on a different place. Read less

I had nothing short of a fantastic stay. The staff was very helpful and very explanatory. My only very minor complaint is that there are no coffee makers or coffee in the hotel, but when I asked the front desk staff he was very helpful in guiding me to a local coffee shop. I will definitely recommend to others. Read less

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. There's a lot of pros and a lot of cons. it's about 50/50. Hotel is not 3.5 star. It feels more like a 2 star with self service. Cons: Hotel is old and run down. There are cracks all over the wall. The door handle to the pool was broken, there's a bad, foul odor by the lobby elevator. The elevators are on its last leg. Kept making loud, banging noises as well as shaking. They keep it dark and dim in elevator and hallway in hope you won't notice how old and run down it is. We stay at hotel for 5 days and our room was not cleaned once. trash was pilling up and towels were pilling up. All the clean towels/bedding had stains on them. I had to go to front desk for clean towels, towels for pool, as well as soap and toilet paper. There were no umbrellas for the pool area. Rooms were loud, you can hear everything your neighbor says. The air conditioning made a cranking low scratching noise (not horrible or annoying. Just not what you expect from a 3.5 star hotel) The TV remote didn't work and the channels kept freezing. pros: the location was amazing. right on Lincoln road and a few blocks from beach. the pool and out side sitting area was really nice. staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Due to limited cleaning within visits bc of Covid you may need to hunt housekeeping down for fresh towels. Updated carpet and bathrooms would turn this place into a solid South Beach choice. The better: The hotel is situated in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The lobby is inviting and the garden terrace is a cute space to chill. The bar is pretty perfect w/ updated decor, good music and drinks. Once they add food to the menu it'll be a perfect vibe. I'll pick another hotel next time around but I'd come back for a drink at the bar. Read less
