I visited Miami for the first time in May of 2019 and I had a Blast!!. The beaches were beautiful. I went to South Beach and boy, I gotta tell you, it was of the chain. Blocks and blocks of water, stores. restaurants, people, clubs and so much more.

I rarely leave feedback but this experience was absolutely the worst in my whole life, We reserved a suite at this property for 2 nights (March 8 to March 10) and checked in to at 4:30, our room was not ready, we sat in lobby area after a long flight and waited for our room to be ready, every 15 minutes we went to the front desk and the answer… Read more
I rarely leave feedback but this experience was absolutely the worst in my whole life, We reserved a suite at this property for 2 nights (March 8 to March 10) and checked in to at 4:30, our room was not ready, we sat in lobby area after a long flight and waited for our room to be ready, every 15 minutes we went to the front desk and the answer was the same "your room is not ready" the only option the receptionist and also the supervisor offered us was to cancel booking and book room somewhere else, they did not even give us an estimate time we asked to use a room go get rest and then move to our room they said they give us a double queen bed room instead of our suite and we have to stay there for night because they can not clean 2 rooms for us!!!! The manager was so rude and did not accommodate us in any possible way, around 6:30 after we got frustrated and asked for manager they just threat us to cancel our reservation! Finally they gave us our room half way cleaned at 7:30 when we lost the day and was so tired and frustrated for rest or the night, without any apology or any kind of compensation, this entitle behavior hurt us even more than their mismanagement The room was so dated and one of the windows was broken, that night Miami was windy (45 km/h) and minimum of 10 C at night and we suffered from noise if the wind and cold air blowing to our room from that broken window (picture provided), Not to mention slow and dated elevators, they forgot to put coffee maker in our room Also we couldn't see any extra safety and hygiene measures according to prevention of Coronavirous, even they never came back to clean our room for the second day of our stay, It's been years that me and my family take a trip to Miami in our March break to stay in the city or go on a cruise, this property the worst we had ever booked, I don't recommend this property and I came back from my trip very disappointed. I had made a reservation at this hotel for my annual spring break trip I take with my kids. We were thrilled and looking forward to our stay. Sadly, due to Coronavirus concerns and the warnings coming from the Mayor of Miami as well as the Governor of Florida, we decided it was not wise to travel at this time. However, when I contacted the resort to cancel our reservation, I was still forced to pay for one night, despite the unusual circumstance and the fact that the majority of restaurants, bars, and beaches are restricting their businesses for the safety of the community. I spoke to 3 different people, none of whom were kind, compassionate, understanding, or helpful. I just kept hearing "Everything is fine in Miami, there is no reason not to travel!" I am very disappointed in the way I was treated, and the fact that this resort is not understanding of why someone would need to cancel their trip while we all deal with an uncertain and dangerous situation.... when I rebook my trip, I certainly will look for a different resort to stay at. The week we were there it was cold and windy which meant no beach time. The pool was cold also so not an option. Which left shopping. it was expensive to get to the Outlet Malls for a family of 5. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Make sure you get your breakfast included in your rate though.

I was put in what looks like a somewhat renovated room, however the workmanship was a bad grade....plus sloppy things like stains on the walls. Only one of Three elevators is working for a huge hotel. And only 1 to 2 front doors. I was here at a low crowd time. But I would hate to be here when it’s packed.
