On World Center Drive, a 5-minute drive to Walt Disney World Resort and 15 minutes to Universal Studios. Driving time from Orlando International Airport: 20 minutes.

One Bedroom Suites feature a 43" flat-screen TV in both rooms, bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, separate living room with sofa bed, and 2 queen-size beds in the bedroom, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 1 child.

Liked the location - good for access to major roads and theme parks - and the public areas in the hotel were very smart. The room was spotless but the suite design makes the sitting room windowless. We hardly used that part of the suite. The suite was on the cold side but the aircon did not seem to have a working heat mode. Good guest self-service laundry. Good in-house Pizza place - boxed to take to your room. Good fridge and microwave but we took our own kettle as coffee makers don't do good water for tea. Shops across the road had all you might need in basics. Breakfast was reliable and there was plenty of choice. At times it was very busy but they did open an overflow room. Everything was disposable which was a shame. They had staff clearing plates and restocking food all the time which was good. Read less

Hotel was ok. The rooms were very dark and very cold, despite trying to turn up the temperature on the air conditioning. Breakfast was barely passable, and I’ve never experienced paper plates and plastic cutlery in a hotel before. Location was good for the Disney parks and whilst the free shuttle bus was useful, the timing of the return bus never quite worked out - the bus home from Magic Kingdom was 9.25pm which we missed when watching the fireworks as they finished around 9pm and it took over 30 mins to exit the park. We then had to wait until 10.25. Same experience with Epcot timings. The bus driver was brilliant though and very informative. The hotel is on a main, busy road and our room was facing the road, which I found quite noisy throughout the night but I am a light sleeper. Reception staff were very friendly. Very convenient hotel for an Orlando stay with family. Good size rooms for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) & well located. Staff was very friendly and property was well maintained. I think there is room for improvement with the breakfast, maybe more veggie options?
