The hotel

One of the more popular Davenport villa communities, Legacy Park is divided into four villages. All villas come complete with screened-in porch and swimming pool - great for cooling off in after soaking up the Floridian sun. Fully air-conditioned, choose between 3-, 4- or 5-Bedroom Villas, each with a full American-sized kitchen, at least one separate living area. On US 27, close to the I-4, you are minutes from all attractions, including the Disney theme parks and popular Champions Gate Golf Complex. There are also several supermarkets close by, handy for keeping your cupboards stocked. A great choice for a family or groups of friends, you’ll enjoy returning home to Legacy Park at the end of each day.

Where is it

All villas are within 10 miles drive of Walt Disney World Resort and minutes from Championship golf courses. For your convenience, Legacy Park is an easy drive from supermarkets and places to eat. You'll find Publix, Target and Walmart supermarkets nearby. Also in the area you can eat at more than 30 restaurants, including Applebee's, a casual diner; Cracker Barrel, serving Southern-style fare; burger joints such as Wendy's and Burger King and several Italian and Chinese restaurants.

5–Bedroom Villas have a master bedroom with king-size or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are 4 further bedrooms, plus at least 2 additional bathrooms. 5–Bedroom Villas sleep maximum 10 people.

Please note: check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Security Deposit/Damage Waiver – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) is payable at the time of Villa Pre-Registration. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. The villas shown are only representative of the standard of accommodation available. 

Please note: swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. Most pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature.

Pool Heat, Cribs and BBQ Rentals can be booked during the preregistration process 30-60 days prior to arrival.
