Please note: there will be 2 outside run events taking place at this hotel. The first, is a fabulous eccentric colourful party being held throughout the hotel from the 2nd to the 4th June 2023.The second, a lively festival of electronic dance music will take place around the hotel from the 8th to the 11th June 2023.Both events will have live amplified music throughout the resort, including around the lobby area, pool & pool area,​ and the Gatorville Restaurant. The partying is expected to continue throughout the night. This may not be suitable for children.

Very nice hotel for a great price. I liked the amenities and also the area. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and it is super close to Icon Park. I could hear people screaming from the attractions. I intend to go back there.

Decent stay only issue was the bathtub was gross and wouldn’t drain. Also, the shower didn’t have pressure or get really hot.

Toilet is to low, but other then that everything was great. Nice big space. Can walk to icon park. Parking was easy at night.. spacious front desk. They do need new front desk ladies. Bathroom light was great. Buildings were easy to find. Didn't see a pool tho.

The stay was enjoyable and the room was very comfortable! The location of the hotel was very convenient, we were able to go where we needed with a problem! The taxi service was excellent!!!

The service was horrible, the staff was incredibly unhelpful anytime a student asked for assistance for the slightest issue. I stayed for a student convention and they were incredibly unprepared and unreliable. They had no rooms allocated for luggage when they knew we were checking out early and decided not to do their job. I asked multiple staff… Read more

I stayed for a student convention and they were incredibly unprepared and unreliable. They had no rooms allocated for luggage when they knew we were checking out early and decided not to do their job. I asked multiple staff members and received the same attitude. I was walking around for more than half an hour being given the wrong directions and zero help. I Would STRONGLY not recommend staying here at all. The rooms were also scummy and there were beg bugs and pee and blood stains on the sheets. Read less
