Fantastic hotel, has just about everything. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s my favourite hotel in Orlando. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Sea world and universal are on the ”I-ride” so really easy access all day. Breakfast is great and is included usually which is a big plus over other hotels in the area. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. All in all a super place to base yourself in Orlando. Read less

(Fridge, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine) The hotel puts on 3 free shuttles to Disney/universal- perfect if u don’t want to do flydrive- you book on but they’re not busy. Times are First thing (8.30ish), brunch time & around noon. & they have 3 return shuttles. (5.30pm 8.30pm 10.45pm ish!!) If you prefer to Uber which we did from animal kingdom & typhoon lagoon because these are a bit faffy to get to/from, the price is around $12. It’s direct & about a 15minute drive. The location of the hotel is bang on. Over from icon park with plenty of eateries & things to see. We popped over for food n cocktails when our 3 year old was asleep in pram. It was easy enough for us & we will return to Sonnesta- it was perfect. $8 in an Uber to the outlet too although we didn’t rate the outlet, it was worth a ride for kids sketchers ha! You will have an amazing time. The suites are 2nd best to a pricey Disney hotel. Tip: Don’t forget your water in Disney parks $5.50 a pop! Read less

We’ve just returned from a stay here. I highly recommend it for location, accommodation and service at a very reasonable price. Very professional, unobtrusive but friendly staff. We had zero issues re cleanliness of our suite, which was a really generous size. I also wish to recommend Paul, the hotel’s concierge. We had booked our holiday last minute and weren’t organised re park visits etc. A quick, efficient meeting with him set us up very well for our stay. Free shuttle buses to Disney and Universal Parks were on time to the minute, both there and back. I’d definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you! Read less

It had everything we could have wanted and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was well run and there was a nice selection of food each morning. We had planned to eat out for breakfast after reading some reviews on here, but we didn't need to as we had all we needed for breakfast and enjoyed it. We stayed here for our 2nd week in Orlando after spending the first in a Disney resort. It was nice to stretch out and have our own rooms and cooking facilities. The apartment was perfectly adequate and comfortable, it was fresh and clean enough for the price we paid. The breakfast was a big hit with the family. The selection was much better than it appeared at first sight. Popular items were replenished quickly. Food was fresh and varied each day. The pool was well suited to our needs. Our 7 and 9 year old were quite safe and well entertained. Lots of sunbeds were available. We loved the location as there were plenty of restaurants and attractions in easy walking distance. As already stated we had spent our first week in a Disney resort so our plans for our week at Sonesta were more relaxed. We had however selected this accommodation due to the bus service to Disney parks provided. We were disappointed with the reality of the service. We were undoubtedly spoiled during our first week but we found the bus times far too limited and the whole experience stressful and uncomfortable. It wouldn't have been possible to get to the parks for park opening using the bus service, not a problem for us in our 2nd week but we would have been irritated by this if we had stayed the whole two weeks. Lyft and Uber services are fairly reasonable and a much more palatable experience. There is even a Lyft driver based at Sonesta who was really helpful. I would highly recommend these apartments but just don't rely on their bus service Read less
