Nice condo in the quiter development on Breakview Drive. Plent of space with plenty of equipment and amenities in the condo. Public next door great for popping to for the odd bits. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in thd condo. Smaller pool in this area with jacuzzi. Pool side bar in the other area, my son and girlfriend used it once but drinks very expensive $26 for two cocktails. Would definitely stay here again. Read less

We stayed here for a week for a dance competition for our kids at the nearby Orlando Hilton. There were other groups staying there for a volleyball competition at the Orlando Convention center-the resort is close to both - even walkable depending on the weather. I would recommend renting a unit managed by the resort directly (Millennium Management) vs. individual owners - these units are supported in the event of problems and several people in our group who rented from individuals had their contracts cancelled before our trip. Also make sure that you are renting a specific unit in a specific building vs. from a pool of units as some buildings are very far from the pool. Make sure where your unit will be located. The unit itself we had very spacious 3 bedroom - far more space then we needed. The resorts is very close to Universal and Disney attractions. Parking was always available near our unit. Units varied widely across the complex - some updated and some not. Our through Millennium Management was updated with pergo flooring throughout, some units were carpeted, others tiled. If you can, get photos of your specific unit. The main pool had a bar, which is very expensive. 6-7$ for beer 12$+ for mixed drinks. They also prohibit outside alcohol from the main pool, which I haven't seen at a rental condo. They did enforce this somewhat, but we had almost a 100 families, so drinking from a Yeti etc. was ok. The pools was fine, it did have a lot of hair in it, but there were plenty of chairs for guests, you didn't need to get up super early and get a spot. There was nightly entertainment at the main pool too - DJ, kids movie etc. There's a small arcade. There is a publix, dunkin', liquor store, and good burger and pizza restaurants that were a quick walk or drive. There's a well equipped gym and a lake with a 1.4 mile loop path around it that was nice for walking/running. We would definitely stay here again for an Orlando event. Read less

The walking trail around the lake is awesome. We got the room about 30 minutes late, but they compensated by allowing us to checkout an hour later than the time of 10 am. The customer service is always available 24 by 7 and answer all calls very promptly. Tip: Try and get a room away from Universal blvd, else you will hear the constant sound of cars running by.
