For me the room was older but mostly clean, however every place we walked around the hotel grounds had a strong smell of marijuana. Our friend’s room 2 doors down from ours had a VERY strong smell of marijuana. The rooms have adjoining doors so I don’t know if that made it easier to hear everything or if the walls are just thin. The beds were not very comfortable and are VERY squeaky every time you move on them. I would not recommend and will not stay again. Read less

I asked to move rooms and ended up next to a lady with 3 kids running crazy all over the pool area. I found her little one in the parking lot and had to guide her back to the mom. I mentioned it to the front desk - but I'm not sure what happened with that. The next night - lots of kids still around the pool - and in a room by the pool, a room full of teenagers opened their room door as clouds on smoke (def not cigarette smoke) billowed from the room. After that night, I was just done and moved down 192 to a resort. I realized the same day I had left a gold necklace hanging on the lamp and called back to Champions right away. And, of course, not necklace in site. I wonder if the cleaning lady kept it for herself or gave it to someone. I know it was my fault I left it - but not my fault that the cleaning ladies are thieves. I will NEVER stay here nor recommend this place to anyone. Most likely will tell people to def NOT go here. In addition, every time I left my room, I had to go back to the front desk because my key card wouldn't work. Very annoying. Read less

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, everything worked perfectly. The pools looked really nice, lots of kids enjoying the pools. My only small complaint, is the noise. Its noisy around the complex til about 10-10:30 at night. They play music by the pool that is pretty loud, and also have movie nights and the bass from the movies rumbles the walls of the hotel. That being said, its nice that htey do this for the kids. So if you are expeting to sleep early, or before 10 at night, keep this in mind. I dont really care for the timeshare desk in the lobby. Guests shouldn't have to deal with being hassled by these people when we just want to check into our hotel. Other than that, the stay was good, and very resonably priced. Read less

I picked out a room with two queens and a sofa bed, when I went to check in I was told they didn't have it available they sent me a folding roll-away bed, it was the most comfortable but it was too late to really switch to another place so we decided to stay. The room was clean and the AC worked fine. They have a really nice pool area. The hotel can use an update but for the price we got it can't complain. Read less
